The girl who helped me( wish I would have caught her name) was so friendly and super helpful at helping me find a perfect hat that I felt fit my style and more importantly my face shape. “IMHO I love visiting the Butter Paddle anytime I'm in downtown Los Gatos. I think all the ladies who work there are volunteers and are very welcoming and gracious to all visitors! This is a wonderful gift shop featuring beautiful glassware, home decor, stationery, children's toys and clothing, jewelry, some food items, purses, scarves, women's clothing, and seasonal items. The store is beautifully merchandised and eye-catching. Go visit, you will be delighted!”

“Having been exposed to various aspects of the jewelry industry over the years along with having been in sales for half my life, walking into this store today for the first time was a very pleasant experience. It was also a huge surprise personally unveiling this gem after arriving to the Bay Area in '09 and even residing in Los Gatos for the first 9 years!Jeanette has an extremely soothing, inviting, and non pushy demeanor. We immediately clicked regardless as to how I was dressed nor how I was not draped in an expensive watch nor a platinum wedding band etc. She offered many options as well as asked me all the right questions to best assist me. I basically needed a very inexpensive repair and I was never judged nor dismissed by either Jeanette (the owner), nor by Samara (the manager). This team knows what it takes to gain and maintain customer clientele by treating people with the utmost respect regardless of how much they spend!!Would strongly recommend!!!”

“Salomeh emailed her customers letting us know that she will be closing. I knew I had to go by and check out everything when I received that email. I tried on over a dozen items and found nice pants and a tank top on Sunday. The store was pretty busy as the word got out! I remember 13 years ago I bought my Mom a nice brown cardigan here for Christmas. I am going to miss this boutique. And I've made periodic visits over the years. The email I received said that sale items were 30% off and all other items were 20% and all final sale and the sale is until December 10 (but they will probably have more sales towards the end, perhaps). I asked her when they would close and she said possibly around mid January (but a date is not set in stone). They are still honoring gift cards and rewards points (although not issuing any new cards or rewards points, makes sense). The store will be around for the holidays. I've always loved the style of clothing. She did say that the space will become another clothing store. I know it won't have the same style and flare as Salomeh's shop (but I will check it out when it's open, should support small businesses)! I am going to miss it a lot. I will drop by one more time before it closes. Thank you Salomeh and the staff for providing a cute boutique to shop at for so many years.”
