As a guy, I can still appreciate this place. Especially with how happy it makes wifey! Always unique, fashionable clothing that you won't find anywhere else. A great, little boutique!

Love Francesca's stores, always a cute thing waiting to be bought! Great deals, super cute store, very friendly girls working there. You ask for recommendations, they give them to you. You want to browse on your own without being bothered...you got it too. I took a friend to this store last Saturday and we had a great time trying out things. She ended up buying the clothes that I wanted and could fit on her petite Japanese body shape. Unfortunately I could not find the same my size (please bring bigger sizes!) but always a pleasure to go buy something there. The rack they keep outside is full of deals. Very affordable boutique style clothing.

Francesca's is one place that I love going to. No matter where I go the girls are super friendly and helpful. My go to place has always been the stones town galleria so today I made my way down to Los Gatos. I was super impressed with the decor of the whole store. The girls, Gabby and Rebecca, was super nice. I will def make this my go to store from now on since moving to the South Bay. Thank you Gabby and Rebecca for being so wonderful.

Terrible customer service. Every time I walk in, I'm never greeted by any of the associates and I feel so unwelcome. I would be more encouraged to shop around if the customer support was better - but I just walk out every time.

I don't normally leave poor reviews for businesses but this one I thought I HAVE to share. So I've been a huge fun of this brand since they opened up their store at the Oakrage mall. All my fun earings are from this place. I was trying to find gifts for mother's day today looking at earings and necklaces. A sale girl next to me was making sure whatever I touch sits back perfectly on its spot! Now I'm trying to see this necklace and it is badly tangled with 2 other necklaces so the moment I touch it all 3 of those fell on the table. Before I know what's happening the girl got so mad at me saying YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOCK EVERYTHING OVER IF YOU NEED SOMETHING ASK ME!! Seriously I haven't fell this embarrassed in a store before! Really? Great customer service!!!

Inattentive staff. I went in to purchase a necklace and was not greeted. The sale associate was helping one lady. Others came in and out with no acknowledgement. I finally asked to see a necklace that was displayed high on a shelf. The sales associate got it for me and handed it to me without saying a word. I decided to purchase the necklace so I went to the registered and still there for about 5 minutes, waiting to be helped. Sales associate finally came over to ring me up. She then told me that jewelry was buy one get one 50% off. I walked over to get another necklace, which was all about 2 minutes. By the time I went back up to the register the sales associate was back with the lady! I stood at the registered as she helped the lady choose clothes, never once did she acknowledge me standing there. She walked durectky behind me picking clothes for the one lady! Again, I waited a good 7-8 minutes before I decided to leave. I understand that I am not this young, cute, fashionable girl. I am a mom of 2 young girls looking for some cute accessories! And like Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman, "I have money to spend here!" Horrible experience and i will not return!

I have always loved Francesca's but this store is by far the best! I was helped by the assistant manager, Becca, who helped me find the perfect pair of leggings to go with an outfit that I was putting together. I've always felt that all the stores have nice and helpful team members, but these girls went above and beyond to help me find what was looking for and gave me honest advise on some of the outfits! This store is kept neat and tidy and very organized! I will definitely be returning to this location due to the awesome service I received!
