Terrible no one answered phone and I left 4 messages then contacted corporate office and same thing NO answer. I ordered for a birthday and nothing and no updates on website. So dissatisfied and disappointed. Finally got refund after calling and emailing for 5 DAYS! Bad service

Placed an order a week in advance for delivery, and it was never received. I called the store numerous times and could never speak to a representative. Very disappointed. Do not spend your money with this location.

I wish I read the reviews before placing my order. I never had an issue placing any edible arrangements orders before, so I figured sending this to my boyfriend's family to enjoy on a holiday wouldn't be an issue. Well, I was wrong. I placed the order about 2 weeks ago and figured all was fine. Yesterday, I checked the status to see when it would be delivered. All day it said "order confirmed." My boyfriend told me nothing arrived. I reached out to corporate asking for this to be resolved or sent today, etc. They simply issued me a refund. No one reached out to apologize, explain, nothing. The customer service is horrendous. After reading these reviews, I'm at least glad I got a refund but wow! Avoid at all costs!

One of the worst edible arrangements experiences I have ever had. I ordered a birthday arrangement for same day delivery in San Jose and was appalled with the customer service here. The reviews below me are legit. NO ONE answers the phone! NO ONE! I called to confirm that we were all set, I left VM, and wrote contact information for customer care response and nada. After the failed delivery, I called the customer line available on Google to get a refund and I had to wait another day for resolution because the call center has to call the store and attempt a re-delivery before I could get anything back. Granted, we paid an extra $15 on top of the standard delivery to ensure we'd get it delivered same way. It was acknowledged and "processed" but nada! Don't ever use this location for delivers it will just end in disappointment. Horrible experience!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. You will be scammed. I am out 100$ for something that never arrived. Everytime I call I'm placed on hold, and forget trying to track your order. It will say "order recieved" and that's it. It has been 3 days and I was charged an extra 20 for " guranteed same day delivery" as well. Ridiculous customer service. If you want your special occasion ruined order here.

Ordered arrangements to be delivered last Friday, 4/7 to be delivered same day. Checking status since Friday showing arranging order now. Up to date the status is the same. What are they still picking the fruits from the tree? I've been calling no one answers. Left multiple messages and no one have returned my call. HELLO!

Arrived to order an arrangement and front desk told my husband they won't take any orders. Business is supposed to close at five and it was 4:28. After he exited, staff came behind him to lock the door. They just lost our business for life- never returning to this business. Don't recommend you do either.

They took my order and never delivered. When I called, they said that they have a problem with their ordering system although the order was on the website and I received a confirmation. They offered to deliver the day after I wanted. They don't even know that we order stuff from their website for an event like birthdays. We can't alter birthdays just because their system is broken. They ruined all the birthday plans we had. Family was very disappointed. Horrible service. Manager of the store didn't even call me back.

DO NOT order from this location. You're pretty much paying for an expensive arrangement that WONT be delivered and you'll have to go out of your way to cancel the order. You won't even be able to get ahold of anyone on the phone with the store. "Leave a message and someone will get back to you" yeah that's a fat lie. I only put 1 star cause I was obligated to choose a star or else I would've put none. Again, do not do it. You're better of going to Costco for a $20 bouquet.

It's things like this that makes me wish leaving 0 stars was an option. My incredible girlfriend put in an order to surprise me for Valentine's Day. She spent almost $200 on this company. The order never showed up. She made many attempts to contact the store in hopes to get some sort of help or explanation. No one ever got back to her. So she unfortunately had to cancel the order. Please do not use this company or location. You and your loved ones will be greatly disappointed. I hope the owner of this locations stubs their pinky toe.

Ordered for delivery on Thursday and showed up on a Saturday.Tried to get ahold of HQ for help, and none. Very disappointed for spending $100 and they could care less.

Ordered online for the Christmas party while I was away and couldn’t join the party, the arrangement was delivered next day when the party was no longer there. And no follow up in the email and no response for the refund request.

The "Fruit Basket" was full of moldy fruit. I tried to contact Edible Arrangements (-439 on Union Ave.) to see if they would replace it (I took pictures) and there was no response. I would not refer this business to anyone. I feel bad for people spending good money to send a holiday gift to friends or family (and I am sure they don't realize this store is not about quality). I took a picture of the order tag to send to their corporate office, and this didn't get a response either.
