I switched all my percriptions from Los Gatos Safeway on North Santa Cruz Ave to CVS on Blossom Hill and it was the best decision I ever made, they are quick efficient and very helpful!

The CVS pharmacy team in Los Gatos are very efficient and can handle a big crowd of customers. Love their teamwork and friendly staff. Opposite the experience elsewhere pharmacies.

The worst pharmacy! Majority of Rxs are on back order, I called multiple times and finally turns out they had some extra supply on reserve! Between doctor’s office, pharmacy and patients there is a communication gap. Moving out of CVS pharmacy going forward.

This pharmacy used to be good, and now is a real mess. They frequently run out of critical medications that I fill on a regular basis for a chronic illness, and seem at best befuddled as to why they cannot stock them. Making matters worse, if you use their incredibly painful voicemail system, then they do not even receive orders from that system to fill a prescription. I had an essential medication for my kid which their voice system confirmed would be ready by a set hour, and when I called a half hour in advance to ask about its status they had no record of the prescription. This place should have its license revoked, it is so terrible.

As a long time respected member of society in Los Gatos having been here for over 30 years, I have used this CVS pharmacy for most of that time. I guess that I expect to be treated with respect. I would say that within the last year it has changed hands and with that came a group of disrespectful, rude workers at this pharmacy. Some workers are downright nasty! The exception is the head pharmacist, Johnny who does an excellent job. However, the rest of the staff needs training on how to be pleasant with the customers that are paying them the money to keep them in business. Even though the app might say that your prescription is ready, when you get to the window to pick it up, often times it is not ready. In addition it seems that I need to call for every prescription in advance to ask them to fill it and then again to make sure that it has been filled and is ready for me. That is very time consuming especially when their hold times are so long. I understand that they have a lot of prescriptions to fill but perhaps in order to keep their customers happy they need to hire more workers and to do more training on how to be pleasant on the phone and face to face.

Overall an unreliable pharmacy. They make mistakes that really shouldn't happen, and try to say it was an error on the prescriber which it isn't. Not very professional or trustworthy. Also can take 20 min to get someone to answer the phone,

I have put up with the occasional rude employee, incorrect prescriptions, disorganization and extremely long wait times at the CVS pharmacy for many years. Today sent me over the edge and I will no longer bring my business to the CVS on Blossom Hill. The pharmacist and assistant working 10/21/21 were extremely rude and disrespectful to not only myself but the customers ahead of me. I brought it to the Store Manager's attention and it was clear to me that my business was not valued. Luckily, there are many other pharmacies in the area.

I have been a customer for 9 years due to proximity. I am disappointed by the attitude and continual push to refill prescriptions even when you don't want to. I have had to download CVS app to keep my prescriptions up to date but looks like that's not enough. Tonight they auto refilled a prescription i had archived! In the past they would auto refill two prescriptions for the same drug with different strengths when i explicitly asked them to retire one of the two. Good thing I caught it. Are they looking out for the customer's safety or their top line? What's more important to you? Ask yourself that question....

Refuses my medication, ignores voice mails made by my prescriber even after weeks, didn’t fill my entire prescription even after being marked as high priority. I need my entire prescription to be filled otherwise I can’t take it as required..

As I sit here on hold on the telephone after nearly 30 minutes I decided I leave a negative review. I never leave one star only because I hate Yelp more than I dislike being on hold. I haven't yet read the reviews here for the CVS pharmacy but it's obvious since they won't answer the phone. My doctor called in the prescription on Friday morning Friday afternoon I went in they said it wouldn't be available till Monday. That doesn't make a whole Lotta sense CVS he is one of the larger it's not the largest pharmacy. And here I am waiting on the phone and no one answers now it's been 40 minutes. Yes I think this is from my last visit to any CVS.

There's a mistake here. The stars should be ZERO. CVS Pharmacy in Los Gatos is, bo doubt, the most incompetent, uncaring pharmacy that I have ever encountered. The pharmacist who "helped" me was "too busy", as she told the dr's office, to do her job. The dr's office even told me that I should think twice about using them. you should too.

The worst goddamn pharmacy in the world if you're trying to get a prescription here just shoot yourself it's not even worth the f****** trouble. I've never in my life written a negative review for a place bc that feels way too mean but this place has driven me to do it. They are clearly grossly incompetent and do not give a s*** about you. I put in a prescription 2 weeks ago but there was an issue I had to resolve so I said ok I'll fix it. Fixed it a week ago and try to call this place to see if It's there. I've called them 6 separate times and they've never once picked up the phone. They just leave me on hold for hours until I just have to give in and hang up. The worst was when I called them at 5 pm, 4 hours before closing, and they left me on hold until they f****** closed and the call disconnected on its own. Even called the actual store around 7:30 while I was still on hold to ask them what tf was going on in the pharmacy and they say there's only one person ahead of me in line and it'll be a matter of time before they pick up. that definitely did not happen. I end up asking someone to go check if it's there for me, bc it is apparently too difficult for them to pick up a phone, and they say only one of them is in stock but that they won't know when the other one will be in bc the pharmacist took a lunch (at 6 pm? Ok I guess). They text me after that saying one is ready and to call them. I'm left on hold for 3 hours before I give up. Ask someone else the next day to go check, and they say the only person who can restock is the pharmacist who just took a 2 week f****** vacation so it probably won't be in stock for a "little while". So why didn't they restock yesterday?? Or when they first got my prescription 2 f****** weeks ago???? I don't know if they're under staffed or what tf exactly is going on back there but they need to fix their s*** bc this is just pathetic and disgusting. I would rather kill myself than try to get a prescription here ever again and that is barely an exaggeration. I don't deserve this stress when I'm just trying to make sure that I can consistently take the medication that was f****** prescribed for me. I've been to some terrible pharmacies including one where they lost my medication on 5 separate occasions before I switched but this place takes the goddamn cake. Hope they shut down.
