So...I was at Rinconada park nearby and twisted my ankle running downhill which brought me here. The pharmacist was very patient and helpful and guided me to what I needed. Thank you! This is on the smallish side compared to other locations.

Admittedly, I don't normally go to this CVS because it's not convenient for me, but when I had to pick up a prescription the other day, I ended up here. I have to say, I'm so glad I did. The pharmacy was pretty busy, but the staff was efficient and so friendly. Special shout out to Jenny and Jon, who answered some questions for me, were kind, courteous and just a pleasure to interact with. I may not have gone to this CVS in the past, but I definitely will in the future!

As a pharmacy they are pretty unreliable. Prescriptions take forever to fill, sometimes I don't get a call that the prescription is ready, and they run out of medicine more often than any other pharmacy I've dealt with my whole entire life. The lines are not always long, but the wait is always excruciatingly long. One time I picked up a prescription and the price was ridiculously high. I figured it was our insurance coverage and told the worker it was a medicine the doctor said may or may not work, so I told them I didn't want to spend that much on a possibility of it working. The worker asked me to wait, she did something on the computer, then magically the price of the medicine dramatically dropped down. Another time the price of my prescription was so high (it was a newer medicine that didn't have a generic substitute), I asked what my insurance was covering. The worker gave me attitude and said they were not allowed to tell me how much was covered by my insurance. I found that odd and told her so, to which she responded with the same answer. I didn't pick up that prescription. I called my doctor and she called an online pharmacy company that finds deals for newer medication that do not have a generic option. The price dropped to 1/4 of the price. I stopped using this CVS for a while and switched to Walgreens. I picked up a prescription from Walgreens next time, and right on the medicine information they print out the cost of the medicine, including what my insurance covered. I guess CVS has its own policy of not sharing how much your insurance covers for your medication??? They also have the worst hours.

If you value your health or that of a loved one DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY. My mother is dying from advanced cancer and we needed prescription refills. We were told hours before the pharmacy closed that her prescription would be ready "in an hour", called 90mins later "ready in half an hour"... I arrive at this CVS 4HOURS after my first call to find the pharmacy closed and the remaining counter staff apathetic. While I understand the pharmacy is separate from the retail side, I believe (as I told the staff on hand) "Don't lie to your customers in regards to when their prescriptions will be available. You owe people that level of human dignity." The Walgreens on Blossom Hill was far more efficient and empathetic.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I called a week before my prescription was being filled to make sure they had my medicine in stock, the pharmacist I spoke to said "don't worry we will have it in stock for you". I called a day before (a week later) I was going to pick it up, and they said they didn't have it in stock and won't have it for 4 DAYS. So now I am calling other pharmacies all over the South Bay to see if anybody has my medicine in stock. This pharmacy is unreliable and doesn't follow through with their word. Do not come here.

Pharmacy side of this store is horrible, unorganized, they talk rudely and not helpful at all. I live in the area for al Long time and always want to be patient as I am local but they are absolutely horrible. On bright side, the cashiers are very nice and helpful. they should close down the pharmacy or get all new people.

Terrible service. I highly recommend you drive further to get better service. Constantly have to remind staff to refill prescriptions even though they are on automatic refill. Very high turnover of pharmacists, looks like no one wants to work here.

Well, this CVS has changed since Galen and Diane left. There is one woman working there now who seems irritated quite often. In fact, I came in there looking for an item. I would have not cared, except that she said: We don't carry that anymore! What about the other CVS locations near there? What if they have a bath brush? The point is she did not think about trying to find out if another CVS might have it? It is not the time to talk about what Galen or Diane might have done to help me. But, I am sure that Galen would have tried. That is what I said about him in my previous review.

Sure, small store and sometimes limited selection, but pharmacy is great. Fast service, friendly, and always willing to help you. Likewise for the rest of the staff. I am very grateful that we have this store near us.

Smaller than most CVS stores around here, so quite less inventory to choose from. Very low foot traffic and enough parking.
