Well, the owner is rude and not very pleasant. And the services are quite ok for the price, and for the Groupon coupon customers, it's just horrible. They use cheap plastic tub and bowl for mani pedi which wasn't expected.

Terrible service. Outdated locale. The main woman, Fatima, is only kind when she wants money out of you. I came in with. Groupon and everything I wanted was $10 or $20 extra. Don't even bother with this place.

Avoid at all costs. Called to schedule my Groupon Mani-Pedi and they have no appointments at anytime of the day for the next two weeks. Had my friend call and not mention Groupon and they have appointments available same day as well as the next day. Very unethical.

Cultured Nails!!! I have such a wonderful experience when I get a mani pedi!!! I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER NAIL SALON!! There owner is there to make sure that everything is running smoothly. She is such a cultured lady & very very sweet!! It's so comforting & soothing to be there, that you honestly, you don't want to leave . Cultured Nails has the most incredible handmade Salt Scrubs! ? The salt scrubs smell so so good!! Very reasonable too!

Bought a Groupon for me and hubby and called to make an appt. The lady took the Groupon code. When I got there for my appt a few days later she acted like she had no idea what i was talking about. She didn’t even look in any papers she just immediately responded no i don’t have anything nope don’t know what your talking about. Figured it was sketch to give her the code.

AVOID THIS SNOOTY SALON! I booked an appointment using groupon, since they offer groupon rates. The groupon logistics were a tad difficult for me, having never used groupon. The woman, evidently the owner, who does the booking actually told me that they WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ME AND CANCELLED my appointment because i was “too stressed out from the groupon issues”. Nasty people too big for their Los Gatos britches.Let them do exclusive business with the nouveau riche Los Gatos newbies. Im done with this attitude, having been a long time resident of Old Los Gatos from back in the day when it was artisan and entrepreneur centered rather than money.

AVOID THIS SNOOTY SALON! I attempted to book an appointment using groupon for the first time and had some user difficulties with the groupon coupon. I gave the order number instead of the voucher number to the woman who handles the bookings-evidently the owner. She actually CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT AND REFUSED TO DO BUSINESS because she stated "I was too stressed out by groupon". So Instead of helping me navigate to the groupon number that she herself needed, she became annoyed by my using the salon's discount platform and recused to do further business with me. THIS SALON IS RESERVED FOR LOS GATOS NOUVEAU RICHE WANNABES

I got a Groupon deal and then checked yelp after, the reviews had me worried. I am pretty good at always checking yelp first but seen a deal I couldn't pass. Anyhow, I called and made the appointment and whoever answered the phone was pleasant booked my appointment for 2 days later (called on Wed appt was Fri at 5) then the next morning I got a call back saying there was an earlier appointment available. I took it, went in. The nail technician was great, a little quiet but good with mani and pedi. The manager was awesome and friendly the entire time and helped pick colors for myself and the other young lady who was being serviced. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is because the pedicure is all about that chair and massage. When getting a mani/pedi I haye when they do the toes at the nail station. I rather have my nails done at the pedicure chair any day of the week. However I will be back to test those chairs out

Owner is the definition of dishonesty. Discriminates Groupon customers, refuses to reschedule and calls you honey while lying to you playing d**** I feel ROBBED. Please stay away from this place!!!

The owner is super rude! She said she cannot secure my appointment without the voucher number. I told her I never had to give the voucher number prior to an appointment. She said she does this to protect her business from no shows. Lol I wonder why??? Well she hung up on me while I was still talking. I will be trading my voucher in for something else

This salon is soooo wonderful!!! The people are very nice. They treat you like family. I am so happy with my nails!!! Very pretty. My nails are so perfect! I would highly recommend!! The salt scrub she makes herself and it smells so wonderful. You will love this salon!!!
