This is quite a chill bank location which I love to visit. I use locker services and other banking services. Staff are very friendly. They say Hi to you as soon as you enter (50 ft away). The branch is located at a very nice neighborhood (Los Gatos downtown) with a lot of restaurants etc close by. My wife and I stop by local businesses whenever we visit this bank.

Hughes Wong and staff were very welcoming and accommodating upon my visit.I made an appointment on their website but popped in a day early. I asked the welcoming teller if he was also a notary and she proceeded to his office. He took me in and we got the deed signatures done, then and there. Marvelous! Trip saved and deed complete. Overall, I picked Chase as my mainland bank due to their multiple locations and friendly staff. Haven't found a bad one yet!

Worst banking experience I have ever had. I needed to open a trust account after my fathers death. Stupid mistakes were made by a manager and the account was never opened until I called the 800 number and found out about the mistake. My calls were rarely returned and emails never answered. Pathetically unprofessional behavior. Have taken my business elsewhere.

I went to the Los Gatos Chase branch to close my deceased sons checking account. The amount is less than $2000. The death certificate was not enough the first time so I returned with additional documentation the second time. Today I returned for a third time and was told they were still unable to close the account because there was some centralized handling of the account that wasn't complete. The agent who told me to return this afternoon did not bother to call to tell me it was delayed so I went and now must return a fourth time. It is stressful dealing with the death of a son and also stressful wasting my time and gas.

Pedro is an amazing employee and helped me out with my business account. Super calm and courteous with me and I really appreciated his attitude. Great employee, great person. Thanks!

I no longer do banking at this branch. The regulations on masks changed on June 15, and they refused to follow them. Said they had their own rules. Every business I have gone into since June 15, there is a choice whether you want to mask or not. If required to wear a mask, I don't go in. They waited until I was in the middle of the transaction to push a mask on me. I refused (as is my choice) and left. Not going back.

This branch needs to be evaluated by chase specific a employee name Diego (manager) it was normally business hours that I went to this location with my husband because I want to add him on my account. Visually he had no one and did not look like was in any phone call at the moment because he was looking straight at me. He told the teller to tell us he could not help us because he was with a client??? How??? Well I was very frustrated and angry because I been a customer with Chase for a long time . I hope chase considers his banks surveys and investigate this employees and their customers services. I will not recommend this branch to do business with. Maybe consider another bank.

I see why this bank has such bad reviews. 9am appointment and banker shows up with no rush at 9:18am. Second time here to try and close an account and get my money after waiting 3 weeks and nothing. Luckily this time Diego helped me and got my account closed and my money... not sure what the other banker was doing and why they couldn't figure it out last time.

There are 2 Chase banks in Los Gatos, Santa Cruz avenue is the branch i am referring to. I needed to down load statements for 24 months for my 2018 and 2019 Taxes. When i went in to see the business associate who I will not mention her name, to get the statements for 2 prior years in excel. I was told that it only comes in PDF and i would have to have them mailed to me. In which i received an email later that day due to the current situation they will not mail them out. I have been working with this branch since i moved back to the states a few years ago. Mind you i have paid out two very large lines of credit in January of 2020. So i decided to go to the branch on Los Gatos BLVD. Not only was the manager and the business banker apologetic they put me in touch with a person who walked me through the excel download. I will not be going back to the SC Avenue branch ever again. And if my business was not so engaged to the bank i would have moved to another bank. I find it absolutely unprofessional to just lie to me and send me away without a solution.

Quan Truong is the reason I'm still at Chase. I tried banking at different locations and it wasn't so easy. Quan is quick, SUPER professional & polite. It's hard for me to give 5 stars but he gets 10. Thanks Chase keep him.

Everyone who works here is friendly , professional, and helpful! They recognize /remember customers and sincerely courteous and efficient. I actually look forward to my bank visits because I feel welcome there. I trust the familiar faces at Chase to help me with whatever I come in for -and to do so with proficiency and a smile. I wish I’d become a Chase customer years sooner- I was with my previous bank for 20 plus years and they didn’t know me or seem to care at all about me as a customer - any better after 20 years than they did on my very first visit . I stayed with that bank only out of convenience and habit- I didn’t realize I could have such a positive and pleasant relationship with a banking institution ... But I know that now! I’m so glad I switched to Chase! Gosh , I sound like a commercial , lol . But it’s all true ( and I’m not being paid to say any of this ?)Thanks to the great crew at my Chase branch in Los Gatos ... you folks rock! ?

We do all of our banking at Chase and this branch does not have decent customer service. Every single time I go in, it's a 30+ minute wait to talk to a banker, which is the only reason to enter the bank. There are rarely any customers in there, so it's very confusing why there is such a long wait time. I have kids and waiting that long for a 5 minute thing can be pretty frustrating. I called once and they were not helpful and insisted I come in so they could "input data" that they could have easily done over the phone. I wasn't about to go wait for another 30 minutes for that. My husband has complained about the long wait a long time as well. My mother used to be a Chase client since she lives very near this branch and she closed it due to the long wait times and said it always seems like people are standing around with nothing to do, yet people are waiting to be helped. She is much happier at her new bank. I'm tempted to close my accounts as well. If they just improved their customer service, it would be really nice.
