Love the Los Gatos location and always find the customer service to be A+. Eden is the associate working most times I've stopped in (5 or more times) and she's always extremely helpful and friendly. She takes time to answer all my questions and is a generally lovely and personable employee. I've been very happy with the purchases I've made off her suggestions and never feel pressured into buying products I don't want like I have at other beauty product stores. Working retail these can't be easy but Eden and the other ladies I've purchased from at the LG store create a super warm environment and make me feel really welcome. There are plenty of stores in LG where the retail associates either ignore you, are super high pressure or give the sense you are a burden so I really appreciate the positive vibes here!

Went in and dealt with an extremely rude employee named Edith. She sold me a product just a few days before with a damaged lid. It has never been used. She actually smelled the product and acted like she was doing me a favor by returning it- Instead of being apologetic! I will NEVER shop in here again. I will also call Corp to inform them of their employee.

I had an appointment with Autumn to have a full face of makeup done. I was going to my boyfriends birthday dinner/ night out and she gave me the perfect evening dinner to going out for drinks night look. She was outstanding and everyone complimented my makeup at dinner! I'm definitely coming back to her for any future events I need my makeup done for!

Nice store and attentive customer service, however don't know what is wrong with the Bluemercury stores...they are always empty and in some cases the beauty salon section appears as it exists but then you ask for a treatment, and they don't have beauticians. The brands they cater are all pretty high end, and I love their nail polish collection. Somehow more cold vibe than a Sephora and more less warehousy than Ulta.

I was waiting for my lash/brow appt at Benefit and popped in to kill some time. I thought this store only sold skincare so I was thrilled to find out they sell NARS,Kiehl ,Bumble & Bumble and other premium make-up/hair brands. Salespeople were helpful and give you space yet right there if you have questions. Saved me a trip to Sephora to get a travel size B&B hairspray for my upcoming trip. Prices are comparable to Sephora too.

The customer service did not meet Bluemercury standards. One woman hardly looked up from her phone. They acted annoyed when I asked to try on lip stick and disappeared after I tried on one kind. They also made me clean the product for the second color I wanted to try. It looked like they had previously done a makeover and then never cleaned up. When I decided to buy a product they just then realized that they didn't have it in stock. The ladies weren't trying to sell anything. Overall they just acted annoyed that I was there. Like they couldn't wait to get back to their phones and Saturday nights plans. This does not match my previous experiences at other Bluemercury stores, nor does it match the price point. I will not go out of my way to visit this store again and will instead take my business to Nordstrom.
