MAILS NOT RECEIVED. Be aware for those that are using for mail service and if you are not checking your box often that your mails will not be delivered. I use the Service as a business address to send all my mails to here. I only check few times a year for end of the year paperwork and tax. but for two years in a row senders called me stating that mails were returning back to the senders due to closed account. 1st year i complained and yes they did admit that my accountv was closed. They had me hunt down an invoice to prove that i paid for a full year. I provided a proof of purchase and the owner was bit rude and asked me if I still wanted to renew. The dude did not offer any refund for previous year. I did renew it again for full year due to hassle of changing the address. Again, this year I was notified by senders that all end of year document mails were bouncing again due to closed account. My account was due for a renewal and the gentleman called asking if i wanted to renew it. I did explain to him what occur and it happened 2 years in a row and that I was dissatisfied with subpar services and without any resolution for the issue. Well, i guess he didn't want to hear me out and simply hung up. There are other mailbox services within 1 mile radius. I strongly recommend taking your business to other competitors with friendly attitudes. I will try the store next to Trader Joe's which accepts Amazon returns and yes, the staffs are friendly and regardless of long return line, they work fast and efficiently. SORRY AIM MAIL, YOU LOST A LOYAL RETURNING CUSTOMER.

I had to get a new passport at the last minute (note: the Dept. Of State no longer adds pages to existing passports, who knew?) - and I stopped by Walgreens for their so-called passport photo service and of course "the" person who does those photos wasn't in. I quickly looked for other places near me and AIM came up. I will now go to AIM for every possible service they support - shipping, keys, photos, etc. They were SO nice, SO professional, SO quick - and they even had a proper lighting setup for nice photos. They also have a great canine mascot who is very welcoming and makes the whole seemingly mundane experience exceptionally pleasant.

Whenever I've sent packages to a destination, it always gets there quicker than their estimated time. Yesterday, August 30, I sent a blu-ray to a friend in Dublin through USPS for his birthday at 3:35 pm. My friend received it 10:59 this morning. Outstanding! Their little black shop dog is friendly too.

Wow! The reviews are spot-on! This place is fantastic! I came here today for my passport photos and they were so friendly, helpful and efficient. They had great lighting for the pic and even had tips for me about how to make sure my passport renewal goes through without an error. They even let me play with their sweet mascot and gave me a doggy treat for her. :) I'll definitely be back! Thank you!!

Color prints on 8x11 were way better and clearer than my photo prints from a Walgreens.

The employees here are wonderful. They graciously take every return package I have ever brought in, even though they likely don't make a penny off of it. I need patterns printed all the time, as I sew garments - they are always printed quickly, for a very reasonable price. Fast service by phone, email and in person.

I love this place. Its close and convenient, there seems to always be parking by their storefront. The people who work there are helpful, friendly, and courteous. They go the extra mile for you I was impressed with the old-fashioned service. And the "employee of the month" is a cute little dog.

I needed passport, photos, and AIM made them quickly and for a reasonable price. I had to go back the next day to get a photocopy of my drivers license, and again I had very quick and friendly service. I would highly recommend this business.

Went in for the notary service and they were kind, swift, & professional.The faxing number I was given was strangely not working, so they did not charge me for the attempted fax. Only paid $15 for the single notary paper document I brought with meHighly recommend this friendly & professional location with easy parking nearby

First and foremost, they have a dog. She's so sweet and cute. She's always employee of the month. That alone makes this place a winner. But seriously, I've used this place a lot. I first started coming here for business purposes when the pandemic started and we had to work from home. Since then, I've been using their printing services for some of my wedding planning and other things since we don't own a printer. I drop my shipping returns off there ALL the time. I've also purchased shipping packaging there. One thing to note, shipping costs are a bit higher than USPS, so I still go to the post office for that. My understanding is that they have to pay a higher rate for pickup, so it's USPS that forces them to charge more, basically. Otherwise this place is great, the people are friendly, helpful and chill. And the DOG!!
