I'm not surprised by the amount of complaints this place has with their employees attitude and pharmacy issues. Anytime I came here there was a cashier with the biggest attitude. I tried to ask her if they price matched from their online prices and right away interrupted me and began to explain how they never do that with so much attitude. I was asking politely but after that she kept going. I had so many items and wasn't offered a bag so I asked for some. She told me she did offer it to me. My eldest was with me and we both looked confused because she never did. Gave me attitude about that too. I mean, she was too busy talking about the price match, how could she offer me a bag? The next time I came to visit she was chit chatting and laughing with some maintenance guy while the other cashier was busy with another customer. I asked where pick up was and needed to ask if it was the same place for pharmacy and online items since it was my first time but she quickly pointed at the pick up sign, rolled her eyes and turned away. Didn't bother to help me. They shouldn't hire unprofessional people who clearly don't have a passion in customer service. I now take my business else where. Even switched pharmacies so I wouldn't have to come across her again.

I haven’t been to Walgreens in a long time but I went in yesterday to the pharmacy because I need help to decipher how to use a medication as I explained to the pharmacy technician Yvonne about how the dr brushed off my concerns and did not give me proper instructions on the medications she told me to speak to their pharmacist and I’m glad I did he was the most informative processional knowledgeable capable pharmacist I have ever encountered. Pharmacist Kelvin helped me figure it out and I felt confident I was in good hands , thank you so much you are definitely a cut above the rest Walgreens is truly lucky to have Yvonne and kelvin

Just spoke to the pharmacist at this pharmacy over the phone. I will be using a different pharmacy after I pick up my medicine. He seemed bothered that I called and wanted to know my medicine status. Horrible first interaction and will be reporting him. When it was clear he didn't want to help me find my account he became very passive aggressive to the point I asked if he was the pharmacist and he smugly told me he was. I didn't want to contact the ER to send my prescription. So I told him doesn't all Walgreens have the same data base. I think he realized I was going to keep insisting to find my medicine and profile. After a few clicks and answers he found my profile. The whole interaction could have gone better. I actually worked at a Walgreens pharmacy and would run into the same problems but I have never treated a customer like they were bothering me. This pharmacist is highly unprofessional and his behavior is disgusting. If I can give zero stars I would.

We were looking for a pharmacy that took our insurance and was told that only walgreens takes it so we started using this pharmacy. We have been in LB for 3 yrs now and out of the yrs we have been here, dealing with this pharmacy has been headaches and so frustrating.Their management skills are terrible as a pharmacy operations business. Staff is not friendly nor greet u when coming up to the window. Not to mention, when refilling meds they ask us to come back In a few days...like really!! Where is the rest of your staff to help with this. Given this is a really busy pharmacy why not hire an extra set of hands or more, they make enough money for it. I'm a pharmacy tech myself, believe me if I could work there to help out, best believe with my experience 17 yrs and over I'll get your rx out in 20 mins and If meds that are maintenance needs to be on auto fill then I will kindly ask the pt to make sure they get their maintenance meds on a monthly or 90 days basis depending if their ins covers it. The wait time and how they operate the business is complete ridiculous. I ended up transferring my meds out to another pharmacy, one that takes time to care for their patients and get meds on time.Walgreens needs major improvement in their pharmacy dept, can't speak for the store though..hope one day pharmacy can improve given. all the ppl who go there and the elderly

All reviews share the same experience - very bad at Los Banos Walgreens. Obviously management, corporation don't care, since no changes are implemented.Yesterday, I dropped off prescription early afternoon, was told to pick up the next day. When my physician calls in a prescription, it takes days before before I receive text that it's ready. It's time to check other pharmacists in L.B.Stopped by today to pick up prescriptions, technician admits that the initial prescription request was 4 days ago, none of prescriptions are ready today. That's it for me, I'll have my future prescriptions sent to Express Scripps and receive them by mail faster. Onevof those medications is for 5 days, I would be on my final pill tomorrow, instead I'll take the firstvone tomorrow. This is insane, they just don't care.Unfortunately, my research indicates that the other local pharmacies have the same inferior ratings. Best to use Costco or for me, Express Scripps - less frustrations.

Been a Pharmacy customer for 8 years in Los Banos, Ca. 6 people behind the pharmacy counter, only 1 person waiting on customers. The one clerk waits on in-store pharmacy clientele, answers all incoming phone calls and services the drive-up window; needless to say, if you’re the 10th person in-line, in the store, you are actually the 20th because of the drive up. She waits on one person in the store, then one drive-up customer. The wait time exceeds 45 minutes. I’m elderly, just had major surgery and no place to sit. It’s ridiculous! Customer service needs to addressed. The solution is simple…assign an employee just to handle the drive -up and answer phones!

I think Walgreens hire people with attitude problems. A lot of the people that work there are HORRIBLE!! Is it contagious? And their photos are trash. I printed the same photos at both Walgreens and Walmart because my 1st set at walgreens were so bad. Maybe it was me?No, Walmarts' photos came out so much better and the colors were not washed out and overly bright and the people did not look red like it did with the Walgreens print. DON'T print at Walgreens!
