She was very professional. She made us feel like we were at home. We were never pressured at all to purchase anything she gave us our space to look at the furniture. As soon as we are ready, we ask questions she was there ready to respond I couldn’t ask for more hospitality and generosity ever. Definitely my go to for buying furniture

I bought a bed frame from them and I had no problem I got my things the week they told me I may get them and they have very good customer service very polite people especially the lady upfront.

I went to that store to buy one of the electric armchairs, then they came out and were kind and they were going to exchange them for me and then they gave it to them and they changed ownership and the armchairs stayed there. I would tell them that that store is not good for buying anything, then I will call them to give me details about the case and they put me on hold and then block the call

By far the worst customer service and sales team I have ever encountered I purchased a dining table and sofa set from them and they Delivered one of the sofás torn after it fell off the delivery truck and one of the drivers Tried to avoid it falling please Avoid this company at all means I will be opening a small claims court tomorrow as they have Refused to replace my Damaged sofa Which has warranty I have Multiple emails and phone records that I have tried to reach out with no response after calling Private today it’s been 9months the owner answered and Was very violent and aggressive towards me I am extremely bothered by this matter and I will be taking Legal action
