My family took our kids here for school shopping. There is a wide selection of shoes and the workers are fairly helpful. That day we didn't find everything we were looking for but we will back ! Over the value and the service is what we will return for !

Wonderful store, very clean & organized... rosie at the front register, who i spoke with over the phone to ask if a shoe I've seen online, was only online, or was it available in store as well, very helpful placed me on a brief hold, came back & exclaimed "we have it here" made it to the wss on Broadway within an hour, talked to rosie, she grabbed the box & size i requested, tried it on , was in & out of the store in no time, Thank you WSS on Broadway ?

We came in trying to buy top line shoes , but they only had mediocre shoes. They made us feel like thieves following us around because earlier someone stole something. Weren't they surprised when we purchased over 300.00 and paid with cash. Needless to say they lost at least 3 good customers, one note our cashier did an excellent job. Her name Doris. Treat all customers with respect, it's hard enough getting them in.

Horrible customer service!!.....Staff is very dismissive.....Had an issue and the Manager was changing the stores policies on the spot.....Had to drive to another WSS and was attended promptly and with EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL COURTESY ‼️....... SURROUNDED BY THE "ELEMENT" ......WILL NEVER RETURN ‼️

I brought my son here to get shoes and I will definitely be back the person who helped us was named Bryan he took he's time helpings my son get the perfect pair for back to school my son has Autism so he's very picky to get shoes but Bryan kindness helped out so much. I would definitely be back we need more kind hearted people like Bryan

My husband, he's disabled, my 5 year old granddaughter, and I went to purchase shoes. There was a promotion 2 for $120 on selected items. My husband, with much trouble due to his disability found a pair of Air Max SC and 3 pairs of shorts. I had 2 pairs of shoes as I wanted to take advantage of the promotion. Both the clerk and her Supervisor were not able to successfully ring up my transaction, they were having issues. My husband was in pain and left to the car. I eventually gave up and asked them TO HOLD my items I'd return later once they resolve the issue. I returned later that same day. The supervisor handed me my shoes but had already put back my husbands pair along with the shorts. I was in disbelief, just half the items were still on HOLD. The supervisors response was that they only HOLD items for 30 minutes. He didn't apologize, his demeanor was as if he did no wrong. I searched for the shoes husband had selected but I didn't find them. I then asked the supervisor for his assistance, and he also could not find the Air Max SC. He should have offered to help me from the very beginning. The supervisor lacked professionalism and basic communication skills.It's unfortunate, I've been bringing our children to purchase shoes at this store for more then 20 years. My children are now in there 30's and have children of there own. We are no longer going to shop at this store. Both my husband and I are retired and my husband is disabled. I would have been satisfied with a simple "sorry". That same evening I drove to the Highland Park location and purchased the Air Max SC, luckily they had them. I felt bad for my husband, after all he made the effort and went to the store and tried on different shoes. I was very upset at first, now I'm just disappointed that I allowed that young man to treat me like I was invisible and didn't matter. So unjust.
