I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. Unfortunately, the majority of the employees were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers. However, I do want to mention that Kim Thai oriental store were the exceptions they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to try and resolve my issues. If it weren't for them, my experience would have been even worse.

Google maps said they closed at 5:30 pm but they were very much open. Low prices clearly marked and friendly no pressure service. I wish I would have tried here before I got hustled at Kim Thai

Amazing selection and better service! I bought around 35 items for $340 which is a spectacular price. I definitely recommend Feng Shui for any LNY decoration!!

Lots and lots of gifts to buy at this store. Very decorated and stacked. I came to Chinatown during new years and it's all filled in red! Bought a magnet for $4 in cash and the item was wrapped in a red envelope. Guy at the register was nice and gave me a business card when I asked what the place's name was

This shop is the perfect place for Lunar New Year decorations and gifts! The staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. They have an amazing selection of a wide variety of gifts and decorations that really represent that culture. It's our yearly stop for our red envelopes and Year of the _____ decorations.

Los Angeles' Chinatown makes you feel like you're no longer in the USA.And even more so in this rather large store, where you can get all sorts of products for Asian lifestyle, decoration and souvenirs.The visit is an experience, even if you don't buy anything.We were served very friendly. It should be emphasized that too much money was accidentally handed over when checking out, which the cashier first pointed out to us and gave it back immediately. Exemplary and honest!

Just stopped by today since we went ti go eat close by. I picked up a broom to purchase it and a worker grabbed it from behind me and shouted "are you paying for this?!" She also looked into my bag of left overs that was filled to the top with boxes of food. Felt very prof filled. Regret patronizing this business!

Ask for the real jade pendents, they have really beautiful good fortune ones! Great service, very calming atmosphere and not too crowded with stuff
