I have used Jobel for the past 5 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and always puts me at ease. I trust him with my finances implicitly. He has even called me during the year to give me tips when knew tax laws arise. He truly cares about his clients and wants them to have the best experience possible. If I could give them negative stars I would. It took over 4 months to make an appointment then once we had the appointment they never actually filed the taxes. After 3 months of trying to get a hold of someone we had to take our taxes to somewhere else because we could not get anyone to call, or we mail us back. Worst customer service I have seen in a very long time.

We found Derek several years ago and every time we do our taxes it is such a pleasant experience. My partner is in the entertainment industry and often works in different states and countries. Derek makes doing our taxes a stress-free experience and is knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond competent. The office (in a new location) is lovely, as are all the people who work there. We always feel like a priority and are encouraged to ask any questions to better understand our finances and the process of doing taxes. My husband and I went to see Derek yesterday afternoon at the beautiful new Sherman Oaks location. Derek was kind and welcoming and clearly explained our tax preparing process. My hubby and I are both in the entertainment industry, and Derek was really knowledgeable regarding our work. He gave us some financial planning advice when we mentioned our interest in buying a home over the next year. He was really helpful and personable and we couldn't recommend him enough. We will definitely be back for any future financial needs!
