The bank is empty. Without an appointment they won’t accept you. Or they’ll make you wait hours. Even if there is no one in the bank. All I wanted to do was do a wire transfer. I won’t come back here. Try another branch with better management who cares about customers.

?DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.THEY CAUSE BRAIN DAMAGE?? UPDATE:Do not bother emailing to any response about any issue. They will ask you to navigate their bureaucracy.REVIEW:This bank does not care about customers. Their support team is totally incompetent, rude, and apathetic. I asked other banks I’ve been with (less time) for a lower interest rate and they granted it. Wells Fargo to me: No we won’t do that.I’ve never seen a bank treat customers so poorly.I had 2 credit cards and I closed both. The rep says sorry. I said look anyone can say sorry. No one does anything. That’s the difference between a terrible and a good one.

This is a good branch to avoid. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for about 40 years and this is one of the worst. Sorry, I just don't feel like taking the time to list all the depressing things about this branch.

Great branch location! By far the best&most attentive service in the area. My banker always goes out of his way to help me if I’m having an issue, as does the branch manager; she’s awesome. My favorite part of the “ever so lovely bank trip” is the security guard-seriously he’s a really nice guy who sort of sets the tone for your trip in. You better have ur masks on *BEFORE* you enter, or he might eat your face.

Go see Simon . This guy is the best banker . He's very friendly and always helps me out with my needs . I've gone to him over 8 years. The location is great , since is across the street from the grove mall .

Every time I go there to this bank I have a good experience, the wait time on line is very short and they always give me excellent service here, I've never had a problem with this particular Wells Fargo Bank branch on Beverly Blvd and Fairfax Ave as far as I go they get 5 stars.
