Marvelous experience!!! From the minute we walk inside the branch, a young man name Jean, great us and right away and start took the documents that my friend brought, in order to open a business account. Miss Ivania Rivera very quick and promptly opened the account and in no time we was out. This it’s our new favorite branch, and the parking was so easy.

Wells Fargo Parking security guard is the worst ! This is the third time I stop in just to out money in the ATM and he's always rushing me to leave the lot. I feel micromanaged just going to this location.

Such a great costumer service that Moses Max Martinez gave us..he helped my dad in Spanish so my dad would understand everything..? overall a great costumer experience.

Because. Wells Fargo shares. The parking lot with the bakery. And Yoga. Customers. I'm looking at a lot of clients. Ban directly to the bakery and not to the bank. I understand that the guard wants to be nice with elbows. But it limits Parking for customers.

worst bank ever been to!always shortage on tellers and always wait for more than 20 mins.today i waited about 20-25mins and wanted to cash out my husband's check! the teller said he physically have to be at the bank im like i've been cashing out the check for him for years and i cant do that? smh!!!hire people that knows what there doing! if you guys cant do things, dont do that for customers! customers get confused!

I got big help from one of bankers at Larchmont branch. His name is Jean Salazar Duque. He came to me th first and ask me to need any help. He knew what i need to and did really quickly for me. He is the one of the best banker i have met so far. Atittude is matter to customer and he knows that.

Absolutely the worst Wells Fargo location to possibly ever exist. The customer service is awful and I mean awful.... The tellers and the bankers are absolutely unhelpful in every situation. I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me that I should just try and apply online for what I was doing even though they told me three times they'd be "right with me". Would highly recommend y'all hire some new staff because I'm truly appalled. I watched three, yes three, bankers finish with a client and then disappear for 10-30 mins each. What a joke of an establishment.

It's good this branch has parking right next to it since larchmont has limited parking. Good location. Inside is clean.

Banker & cashier are the worsts This place should be closed, I was in line for 20 minutes with only 3 cashiers and I saw all the cashiers with a bad attitude . When it was my turn the cashier told me I can't help you . You need to make an appointment with a banker so I went to ask a banker she was cleaning her nails and talking on phone but a personal conversation.Resuming with this piranhas ( bankers ) I see if someone one wants to refinance they now start moving they work only when they see commission. Now I understand why this place got very low reviews -5 stars

Worst customer service. How do you employ so many people but only have 2 tellers? With 20 customers in line. It doesn't make sense. You would think since this location is always busy you would have more staff on hand. Totally ridiculous we will be taking our company acct else where.

No bankers. A few tellers and giant lines. .. was told that they were short-staffed “ever since covid”.Banks are making record profits. Profiting off the pandemic and using covid as an excuse to not re-employ people is disgusting. Do better.
