Worst service. Zero help. Girl working there didn’t want to help at all.

I live nearby and shop at this Walgreens from time to time. Recently I spent 3 hours at an emergency room and needed to stop by the pharmacy on my way home to pick up a prescription. This was the first time I attempted to use my bare minimum drug plan and, lo and behold, it didn't cover the cost of this particular pain relief gel. The pharmacist who helped me, Sosi, relayed the three options available. One was to pay full price, and one was to go to CVS (which probably would have covered most of the cost). The last option was for Sosi to find a coupon that would cover part of the cost, which is what she ended up doing. I saved about 75% thanks to her tenacity and patience. Obviously she was sensitive to the fact that I had come directly from an emergency room and was in pain. I'm grateful to her for going the extra mile to help me out.

I bring up a sale item to the cashier... it rings up full price... I tell the cashier this item is on sale.... he's this fat lazy guy with no name tag ... " uuummmmm I'm not sure " ... so then I say "you're not sure and you don't want to go check"... "uuummm I guess so".... I tell him just to remove it. What a lazy piece of garbage.

What is Walgreens return policy? Why it is not shown in the store and behind the cashierWhy it is only printed on the back of the receipt in very small printWhy the customer is not informed that Walgreens require a photo I’d for returnsI purchased an item for $44 cash and when I tried it at home, it has some issues.I returned it back to the store and they insisted on scanning and storing my IDI asked what kind of information you keep he said ID number name DOB and address.I do not want my information in your system. You can see my Id but not saving itbecause I don’t trust you

It's a small store. It has its own parking lot, but it's a bit cramped. But it has Great customer service! They are always attentive, helpful, professional & courteous. I've been using online ordering with "curbside" pickup. The staff is always accommodating & pleasant when there's an error with my order or a substitution that's not acceptable.

Pharmacy staff went above and beyond dealing with my RX challenges and were also very kind and friendly. I switched to CVS and it was night and day. The pharmacy staff here is stellar! They are also very respectful of people who are transgender which is lovely.

Went for the pharmacy. Horrible customer service. I got there and was 2nd waiting. No one behind me. The male cashier went ahead and finally decided to help the gentleman ahead of me and he told him he was going to look for his information and stepped away while doing so. Instead of helping me out he stood there and waited. After 5 minutes he told him he didn't have it and had to come back. Btw he sounded rude and impatient when speaking to the customer. I continued to wait about 5 more minutes without a word said to me, then he walks away and tells his coworker he's off. About 15-20 minutes go by and still no one helping me. When they finally decided to acknowledge me it took less than 5 mins to get my medication. I've gone to walgreens that have over 5 customers that are more efficient than these people. And that male employee sounds rude even over the phone.

Sometimes the pharmacists just read off scripts and come across cold.

Please contact the patient if you are going to change a doctor's orders for amoxicillin. Charles Bhattaglia, Jr. fraudulently noted an allergy, wiping out penicillin class of antibiotics from my repertoire If Walgreen's had called me, I would explain that my prior PCP when I had good insurance advised me not to repeat what junior said because she doesn't believe I'm really allergic and it isn't wise to remove an entire class of antibiotics Walgreen's claim they're protecting the patient. A week on clindamycin and I'm coughing up green phlegm and so congested, I'm wondering about the prognosis of walking pneumonia One stars is that the staff are kind and helpful, they have their processes, but they really should contact the patient anytime they make the executive decision to deviate from a doctors orders. One star for the elderly proof caps where children accessing are not a concern Can't give them more because if they mailed my high dose 225 mg venlefaxine the VA psychiatrist prescribed (not a vet just phished by one on psychology today) to titrate, could have avoided an Adventist encounter in February 2022. Wasn't a controlled substance so no excuse why it couldn't be mailed Couldn't drive since DMV wasn't sending my expired tags or a valid drivers license. For over first quarter 2022 They only have Pfizer booster shots, not sure why I have to go to Monrovia if I want Moderna, but the antibodies wane in 4-6 months I read, so Pfizer increasing the shots my quadruple when the government helped them get emergency use is morally wrong. There are no ethics as my healthcare is concerned anyway Expecting haters to think this review is funny. People enjoy hurting me intentionally. Major schadenfreude. Enjoy sipping on your haterade

I visited Walgreens out of convenience to get some contact solution. It's located across from the Starbucks on Colorado. Navigating the inside was alright, and it was pretty quiet at 11am on a weekend morning. I went to the cashier to pay, and the employees ended up chatting for 3-4 minutes before helping me out. The cashier also made awkward small talk with me, and the best part was leaving.

Poor service and terrible organizing.I had walked for an hour to get the this pharmacy to get a vaccine, to which I had an appointment for. I had set the appointment 24 hours ahead of time and gave my number and email, yet they didn't bother to call or email me about the fact that they didn't have that specific vaccine. I had walked nearly 2 hours for absolutely nothing. This type of occurrence is a symptom of poor organizing and preparation. I cannot speak for this pharmacy's other services and detail, hence the 3 stars.

At 10:40 AM on July 9, 2022 I called the pharmacy and was left on hold for 13 minutes (I saw the time elapsed on my phone). When the phone finally rang that insistent ring it does when the system recognizes that someone has been on hold for too long, someone allowed it to ring 20 or so times before hanging up without answering. I then called back and once again my call was not answered. I don't mind being on hold for a while; sometimes things get busy. But outright hanging up on someone is incredibly rude. This is not the first weird interaction I've had with staff at this Walgreen's. It should be noted that some of the staff are lovely; for example, the petite lady with the salt and pepper bob and glasses. But others on staff clearly need increased training (and possibly oversight) on customer interaction. At any rate, I'm headed to Rite Aid.

This pharmacy is actively withholding 2/3 of my rx which is not even for a narcotic or anything. It's a migraine medication. I've had the same rx for TEN YEARS. The minute I transfer to thus location, they claim they can only fill 6 because they're afraid of being audited. I'm at a loss. My insurance said they will cover it, my doctor is the one who wrote it yet the pharmacy is deciding how many migraines I'm allowed to have per month. They also lied originally saying it was my insurance. I'm so confused/in pain. I don't know what to do and all because someone clearly did something shady in the past and got in trouble for it. Now I'm the one suffering for their mistakes.
