Great internet provider! Nate and Alex arrived for my install appointment on time and did a clean, professional job. The fiber routed to my new apartment was well done with cable management that is on point. The port into the apartment was well done very well. They also left the work site clean. Kudos to them!

I have no idea how this company is still in business. They won't be for much longer. To be clear, this is a ONE-MAN OPERATION. Brian Brandon is a reseller of VOIP and internet service. After years of nonexistent customer service, I made the long-overdue switch to a reputable service provider. The only time in the three years that Vunity responded promptly was when I sent an email canceling my service. I got a call on my personal cell phone at 9:30 pm withing two minutes of hitting "send" pleading to stay with the company. Bottom line...like many of the other horrific reviews of VUnity, Brian refused to provide the new carrier with the necessary port numbers to allow my long-established numbers to leave. He even directed our numbers to a busy signal for days, so anyone calling couldn't get through. Only after I filed a complaint with the FCC and Better Business Bureau, hired an attorney and told him I would pay him $1,500 to give up the correct information to the new carrier, did he finally transfer the account. I could literally go on for pages to give more detail about this nightmare, but I have already spent too much valuable time and energy on this tool. He doesn't deserve a second more of my time or your business.

We live in the Mission and are now lucky to have gigabit vUnity Business Internet fiber. The connection is incredibly fast and reliable -- it's the best Internet service we've ever had.

Amazing - never had any issues. Fast internet, easy set-up, friendly customer service, and no hidden costs. We used them for a year in LA but unfortunately have moved to an area outside of their service. Hopefully they will expand to Oakland soon!

Just had an installation done for vUnity Business Internet by Neil and he was great. He called because he had an earlier time slot available, met me at the new apartment and got everything up and running in less than an hour. Super personable and friendly as well. Great experience so far.

We had vUnity Business Internet installed over the weekend and service has been great so far. Teron Brown was the technician who visited us and he was in and out within 10 minutes, it was that quick. Also helped us to setup our router as well. He was super efficient, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Oh my goodness, working with vUnity Business Internet is so much better than working with Comcast. Quick customer service, people who care, on time and attentive. Ron B. from vUnity Business Internet came out to install my service, and was not only great at getting me set up, but was patient when I asked him to explain to me how things worked. He also answered questions about what additional equipment to make my set up the way I wanted. He even took ownership to set up my follow up appointment and make sure the person coming then had the right context to do a great job. I was really impressed by his professionalism, and if the rest of the company's service is anything like Ron, I'm going to be so much happier being on vUnity Business Internet than Comcast.

Victor Tam came to my apartment to set up my vUnity Business Internet, and was absolutely fantastic. He showed up early, worked efficiently, and was very professional. He even went an extra step to help me set up my router and answered my questions.

Had Website now for 3 months after ditching Comcast. So far the service has been great although I rarely get 100Mb/s but high enough. Service is also great. I sent an email request for service on my home network to get all the Ethernet ports in my home connected to their service and they came out in two hours and fix the problem within 5mins. 4 stars for not consistently (rarely ever) hitting 100Mb/s. Other than that great so far.

I had Victor Tam for my initial installation and setup. He gave me a courtesy call and showed up before the scheduled time, which was nice. He setup my apartment within 10 mins. Super fast and extremely nice, we even did a quick speed test before he left.

I've never been sadder to leave an ISP. vUnity Business Internet has never given me any problems and they are super easy to work with. They won't upsell you and cancelling is very easy.
