This is the worst place for service, in the last 2 months. I can't get service, I have to wait for 15 minutes. And in the end I never got anything done and had to go to another office.I waited 15 minutes, there was a woman in front of me that she served for 15 minutes, then in parallel the counselor let the guy in front of me go. And she told me to wait another 15 minutes. So I have to wait 30 minutes to pay for my phone????

Had to get my new phone activated. The staff was more that happy to provide the service and help me transfer all the information and apps to my new phone.

Don't waste your time here, it is not an actual Verizon store. At first the sparse selection of phones was a telling sign. But then they only had one person working and waited for the better part of an hour. I had to interrupt them to ask how long it would take me to be seen, there is no check-in process and they are critically understaffed. When asked to set up a phone repair which Verizon would usually send someone to my house... They said I would need to go to a referral location... Doesn't sound like what I am paying Verizon for... Overall it was just a frustrating thing to realize it's simply not a Verizon store.

Marisa at Wireless Plus saved my vacation! While on vacation, my less than two years old iPhone unexpectedly died. I talked to Apple care, took it in to a servicer, with no luck. Fortunately I saw Verizon Wireless Plus in the same shopping center as the phone servicer and walked in ten minutes before closing because I was desperate to get a new phone so I could continue my vacation. Marisa was super helpful and patient and stayed way after closing just to help me get a new phone up and running. And she's checked in with me since then to make sure my new phone is working properly. So grateful to Marisa and the team!!

I guess I'll give it 1 star for the location. I live in DTLA and I picked this Verizon wireless because it is located in a plaza and I don't have to stress about the parking. I upgraded my phone and the 1st transition went smoothly (can't deny that) because it went smoothly I decided to upgrade my husbands phone the following week. Now this is where it gets interesting. Their customer machine was "down" not knowing it was down one of the workers asked me to swipe my card TWICE because their system didn't process my transaction and the CC machine kept freezing. I didn't question anything because I saw the CC machine freeze too. So I ended up paying cash. However, the next day I check my bank statement and guess what... THE CHARGE WENT THROUGH. So before I call my bank I called the store to give them the benefit of the doubt and explained to them and paid twice for the phone. Then advised they couldn't help me because a manager wasn't in store. They advised that they will have the manager call me back the following day. Understood, so I waited for the next day... NOON comes around still no call back from the manager so I decided to give them a call... When I get on the phone with the manager he advised that he advised the back end accounting team and that he will call me once he gets an update with my refund. Few hours pass no call back... so around 6pm I decide to give them a call AGAIN... a girl answers and tells me that they cant help me cause they can seem to find the charge... WHEN MY BANK ACCOUNT CLEARLY HAS MONEY WITHDRAWN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. Then I asked them why haven't a gotten a call back and she snaps back at me with an attitude that they didnt get back to me cause they dont have an update for me. YOU'RE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY AND EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE AN UPDATE YOU SHOULD OF CALLED ME BACK AS YOU PROMISED TO LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DONT HAVE A F**** UPDATE BUT STILL WORKING ON IT TO ASURE ME THAT I AM NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT. LONGER STORY SHORT IT WAS D*** OF ME TO GIVE THIS VERIZON WIRELESS LOCATION A CHANCE TO GIVE ME A REFUND CAUSE I WANTED TO SAVE THEM OF EXTRA FEES OF DISPUTE CHARGES BUT I DISPUTED WITH MY BANK AND WILL REPORT THEM OF FRAUD.

As a newly wed, my husband and I decided to merge phone plans. We went on Sunday afternoon and Jennifer was such a great help! She throughly explained all of my options as a new customer in regards to getting a new phone. She also explained the new pricing clearly, and was very patient with us as we asked multiple questions through the process. The phone I wanted wasn't in stock so she ordered it for me and it came the following Wednesday. We also upgraded my husbands phone in the process. She made our experience pleasant and we were so thankful for the genuine help! She is a terrific asset to this store. On Wednesday afternoon I went to pick up my new phone and was helped by Alexis. He too, was very professional and helped me set up my new phone step by step. Also helping me pick out appropriate accessories and put them on the phone for me. Since this process takes awhile, I started talking with another employee, Geiselle. She was super friendly and made small talk with me in the store to pass the time. I appreciate her efforts to make me feel welcomed in the store. Over all this staff receives a 10/10 from me! I've never enjoyed going to the phone store but now I'd happily go back when any of the above employees are there to help. Way to go, Verizon! You've got some keepers.

Really good experience here! Everyone hates going to the cell phone store, right? I know I sure as *bleep* do. But Jennifer made upgrading my ancient iPhone an easy and painless experience. This location isn’t even the closest to me, but I’ll be going back there again when I need something from Verizon in the future for sure.

The staff are pretty friendly, there's usually a bit of a wait, which is my only issue, but whenever I've had to come in I've gotten exactly what I needed whether it was information or an item pretty quickly once I'm being helped

My phone screen broke and my phone was not operable. Andy was excellent. He was patient, answered all my questions and went above and beyond in customer service to help with questions, personalized support and quality guidance. He deserves a major raise!
