If you ever think about changing phones carriers DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Worse experience ever. They are no here to help people but to screw them out. Now im stoked with a 394.81 bill. For phones that I don't have (because I return them) and a service that i use for a week. Do not believe them when they say this is NOT a CONTRACT because IT IS.

Joel at this Verizon store location was great! Got me set up with my upgrade quickly, talked me through all of the options and listened to me about what I valued in my plan with Verizon.

I've been a customer of Verizon for 25 years or more. I keep receiving a text saying that I can upgrade my phone you know it's about time I broke it anyway, I have been to four Verizon stores looking for this phone that I would only have to pay $187 that's cool but every time I go into a Verizon store they upsell me they don't have that now how can you not have the product that you are advertising false advertisement I'm very disgusted with Verizon I've just lost my boyfriend ex-boyfriend and his mother Within 7 days we buried him on Friday we're going to bury his mother on Wednesday, all I'm trying to do is get a new cell phone and not have to pay three to $400 I am so disgusted with Verizon at this time and yes there is no punctuation no periods because I am speaking you know through the text where it just writes it out I'm a senior citizen also I cannot believe you Verizon number one false advertisement just to get people to come in I think I should probably contact the Better Business Bureau enough is enough enough is enough.

They have said with no reason and canceled order after waiting for 30min. Victoria stores are know for these things. Make sure you got Verizon stores. Not Victra

Joel is amazing…he made the usual hassle of upgrading so easy and painless, was so lovely (to at least 3 other customers besides me while I was there), and went above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one. Give Joel a raise…he’s a gem of a human!

They have one worker for the whole store. Came in to get a new phone and waited 40 minutes then walked out. Do t get me wrong the worker was being super nice to her client but she WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. They need more help.

Stopped by this location with lots of questions about options for family plans, switching providers, and home internet. There I was met by Rachel, an exceptionally kind and patient employee who walked me through all the information I needed to know. This was easily the best experience I have ever had at a cell phone store. Great customer service.

I've been here twice this past week and the service is so slow. I've waited over 30 mins and left both times without being seen or even spoken to. At least a hello, be with you as soon as I can, would be nice. I'll visit a different store and hope that the workers are a bit more motivated.

I stopped by this location around 6:15pm with lots of questions about starting a new wireless plan. It was easily the best service I have ever received at a cell phone store. Rachel was working at the time and she patiently listened to my questions, providing detailed information about costs, trade-in options, available discounts, and logistics for switching providers. Because of this interaction, I am certain that I will be changing my provider to Verizon for both my cell phone and home internet. I would highly recommend this location for your wireless needs.

I love Jewel. She was sweet and patient and explained everything in detail. She even came to my car and help me pair my phone with the Bluetooth. I greatly appreciate her service!!

Best customer service from a young lady named jewel. Extremely kind and patient. She was very helpful and knowledgeable concerning every issue that I had. Unlike the short blond haired guy, she knew exactly how to fix the problem that I had. Jewel deserves the Verizon customer service agent of the year award. Unfortunately the short blond haired guy was a complete idiot & actually had the nerve to carry himself as if he knew what he was doing. 5 stars for the customer service from jewel. She represented the company extremely well!!

Gavin is the guy you want to be assisted! I rarely give reviews but he deserves this one. What a great employee, he was super friendly and helpful from the beginning to the long end. Him and the other girl working there should to get a bonus for working double to cover up the low staff. It's a busy store and I saw people spending over one hour and leaving without being assisted. Thank you again Gavin!

I'm going to give zero star for whoever is managing this store.It's my second time here and past week it was only two people working here. Today just one. Gavin is overwhelmed having to work extra time, no breaks or lunch. Congratulations for him but shame on verizon store management.

Representative was very rude ; why do people get jobs that they have interact with people and are not people friendly? If a person call and ask a question it means they don't understand how ever it sounds if they are not rude neither should you!!! It's your job you lost me as a new customer because of your attitude. Went on back to AT&T where l purchased my l phone.. I forgot this rude lady name should have written it down l usually do my bag ".
