LaFay was the store representative who helped me. He was so knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to. Shared so much information with me about promotions and was very patient with me. My experience was great.

My experience with Julian was very delightful. He was very professional and patient with me. He walked through the whole process of transferring my information out of my old phone to my new phone. With customer service like this I’ll definitely be back.

Came here on the morning 2/10/24 at 10:20am , store was completely closed, bar type gates were all locked up lights off, but the business says open at 10:00am. That was my first issue. Service started out nice, until it wasn't. My fiancé was picking up oh iPhone 15 Pro that we pre ordered & when I get there, they're throwing all these add ons my way & I asked does my phone come with a charger cable or just the box and he said "no it doesn't come with anything you have to buy separately". Cool. Only to find out my phone DID come with the cable so I was charged $35 unnecessarily. Next issue, I got a phone case, come to find out when I get to work and get ready to set my phone up in her case... THEY GAVE ME THE 15 PRO MAX case .. completely different size. So ANOTHER $57 unnecessarily charged. A total of $90 over charging me when I should've paid $30 an ended up paying $125 because they want to make a sale and not know their products. Mind you, I had a trainee (Julian T AND the Store Manager (Adrian was his name I believe) helping me start to finish so this type of issues shouldn't have happened at all. On top of that I have to come back to get my money back, pay more parking because I paid $10 the first time now I have to pay again just to get this handled. Do not go here because clearly whether a traineee or manager is helping you, it still didn't turn out right. Shame on y'all for stealing this kind of money. $90 of over charging someone because you don't know your products??? Crazy. Also, open the store on time not 25 min after it says you should be open. ALSO DONT PAY WITH CASH! They don't give you your cash back if you paid with cash because they don't keep any cash in store they only deposit any cash they get so if you paid in cash you're outta luck they'll only give you store credit.. this place shouldn't be open and operating at all.

Great customer service at this location. They always are very helpful, even with small things like replacing an iPhone camera cover.

My Siri malfunctioned, and they swiftly resolved the issue in a minute. However, the Apple Store claimed my phone had a malfunction and required repair. Grateful for the assistance.

I was given excellent customer service by one of the employees, an African-American gentleman whose name I wish I remembered. I thought I might have to get my phone replaced. But the Verizon employee was very knowledgeable and took care of the phone issue despite having to deal with multiple customers. I hope he is well compensated for his good work.

When I ran into issues while trying to activate my phone, the Verizon website was absolutely useless. I was panicking because I desperately needed my phone to get updates about a family member’s health status and online customer service was nonexistent. Luckily, I was able to run over to this store to get some help (thank god they’re open later than normal. I don’t know what I would have done otherwise). LaFay was able to fix the issue and get me all set. There was no attempt to upsell or pressure me to spend anything, which I appreciated so much. In fact, when he asked me if I’d heard about Verizon’s internet service because he saw that it was available for my address, I braced myself for an obnoxious sales pitch (you know how these things go), but there wasn’t one. He simply mentioned what plans were offered, answered my questions about it (I had been considering getting it), then sent me home with a gateway so I could try it out. A very calm and helpful experience all around at a time when I needed some calm and some help. I’m happy to know there’s a store nearby that can assist me if I have issues in the future. I’ll also be coming back when I’m ready to get my next phone.

On nov 1 /23 about the hours 200 to 4:00 pm walked in to pay my ppl phone bill the male clerk and feemale clerk were very unprofessinal and sided with a nother customer that hitmy hand to hit my phone say i was taking a photo of his kids which was false they sided with him and called security on me.for no reasonĺ i try calling maneger have not heard from him at all called verizon have not heard back yet will be taking this a step higher

Be careful about this store. They don't explain all the add ons. Shady store workers. I would avoid this store at all costs. Lafay added 200 dollars to a line activation without authorization. Also didn't explain any fee or add on he did. Including Apple Watch set up that we had to redo twice at home. Sold us home Internet we didn't ask for. Stay away.
