The guy In the front desk is rude Af spent about 300$ only because I really needed outfits and shoes only bought there cause I needed stuff that day too but honestly worse customer service I have ever experienced the more I purchased seem that the more annoyed he seem did not say thank you pretty much wanted me to leave another girl was there and noticed she was getting same treatment and the outfits are super outdated seems like they have same person making same outfits no new styles just boring . So sad cause it's close to me but I will never spend a dime there .

Really nice selection of outfits and shoes, low prices as well. Lots of rhinestones and glitter! They only take cash but you can also pay through Venmo.

For a better fitting shoe without one question. Their concern for happy customers is at the top and honestly, I'd sit and wait there as long as necessary if it meant to have this level Of continued customer care and support.

all the customer service staff here are professional, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and great - not good, but great - at what they do. i honestly have never had a negative experience in my over 10 years patronizing this store.

During my first visit, a representative patiently helped me to pick out running shoes that address my ankle issues. A few months later, another gentleman further improved my running experience by introducing me to cork inserts to prevent my flat-as-a-pancake arches from collapsing so dramatically.

So the outfits are cheap and my first experience here was good. But the second experience concluded with the worker being irritated and rushing me saying i was wasting his time. Tapping his nails on the counter (most irritating sound ever). All he keep saying was something about he pays $15 for someone to be at the desk (english was probably his second language so i couldnt fully understand him nor did he fully understand me). I never like to feel like im wasting someones time nor like to feel like im stealing so i brought some outfits but i shouldnt have at all now im reading more reviews like this. Not how a business should be ran

I drove a hour and a half to go from my house to make it buy 6:15pm left me 10 min to go in and get shoes and they were all locked up and they say they close at 6:30pm they need to change there closing time if they are gonna close early
