The neighborhood folks hate y’all. Lmbo they are your voucher so DO BETTER. The high caloric male is rude and feminine & the orange hair lady is masculine. These people have life twisted. The obese male spoke rudely to an elderly woman and felt nothing about it, what an ‘English cigarette’. None of the women smile. If y'all hate your jobs quit, loser. I’m glad I get in and out, place is a mood changer.

You all have been doing an exceptional job with delivering our mail super fast and efficiently especially lately and I just wanted to say it's been noticed and we appreciate it . When I check tracking and see that my package quickly goes from being delivered to this station and then not so long afterwards it's delivered to my home, I'm in awe!

It’s pointless making passport appointments when waiting in line is a MUST. Just be there early enough and expect a minimum 2hr wait prior to travel seasons.

The person who answers the phone is friendly and helpful, but one woman I encountered at the front counter is extremely rude and had an attitude when I handed her the redelivery slip with tracking number and I said clearly and audibly that I needed to pick up a package. She asked why I was there, even though the redelivery slip was obvious and I already told her why I was there. She clearly doesn’t want to read or assist people and is a miserable person. She could also be racist toward Asians or maybe she’s an equal opportunity hater.

The worst customer service, the lady that works on the middle of window is one of the rude ppl in there and I don't give a name because they don't even have there logo name on there costumes, this ppl are so unrespectful with seniors ppl, they waste your time and the place is not even clean or organized they really need a good manager in this place you could feel the bad vibes that this ppl carried and the place looks like a funeral,dark,empty and dirty.Don't recommend it to no one onces I'm done with my agreement I will be going to a ups location hopefully they serve there clients better.

DOES USPS EVER READ THESE REVIEWS???Anyway, 3 nice staff members (Ms Toni is definitely one of them) BUT sometimes, they don't open the lobby at 6am like they're supposed to. I arrived there at 5:57am this morning and waited til 6:21am and they STILL weren't open. I had to leave, because I got things to do. Please do better, yall and TRY to smile when servicing people?

This post office has been closed since August due to flooding. However, the USPS website still let me make a passport appointment for my family for this location despite it being closed. When I went to my appointment this morning, there was a sign on the door saying to go to the post office at 1515 W. Vernon Ave. so we went there but were told that they were no longer doing passport services there. We were then directed to go to the post office at 7101 S. Central Ave. where our appointment was not honored and we had to wait in the walk-in line. We got in line at 10:40AM and were were the last walk-ins allowed and got done at 2PM. We were told that many people have had the same problem as us. Supposedly this location will be open again in 3 weeks but I would be very cautious about making a future appointment here.

Worst post office ever. Ghetto and always dirty there rude like they don’t want to be there. Been missing mail for the past 6 years and nothing has changed. Can’t even reach them by phone. Missing my mail again imma report that y’all stealing my mail .
