Called them to ask about about price matching a car with fewer miles and they refused. They then called me back and asked me if they could help. Again I asked for a price match and they said they'd call back and they didn't. Clearly young and inexperienced salesman. And it makes sense they need the money if they can't even price match. Dont waist your time, spend the extra money and drive elsewhere.

five stars for steve my salesman Steve'n told me last week he would hook me up and today not only did he hook me up but he made my girl happy. He surpasses my expectations along with great customer service i recommend anyone please go to him for anything, he will not let you down. Even driving 4 cities away to just get a signature when he didn't have to that's who you will get as a customer service representative. Great person great human being blessed to have met him.

We drove all the way from OC to LA worried that we want get the car that we want. We were like 90% not sure that they can make it happen. But luckily Marc the manager and KARIM sales rep made it as easiest as possible and got us a nice approval that was almost impossible to get. We made a reservation to see a few cars because we were in the market for a new SUV.We were able to relax and take multiple test drives with an array of sedans and the like, all from excellent brands such as Lexus ,Nissan, etc. Afterward, we settled on a vehicle, and the sales process was seamless. However, the car ended up being atrocious, and we had to replace a few parts and deal with the dramatics of dealing with an autoshop who made the situation far worse.Don't know where the issue from the car came from ,but to have a car have that many issues just months after purchasing was unacceptable and dealing with Hundai and their financing dept was a nightmare. The good news for me is that the car did not have any incidents on the road. But it was still a nerve-racking situation, and I'm glad we don't have the car anymore. However, we are still fighting with the bank to get our $ back.

I was selling my car and Kelly's blue book quoted an instant offer of 22,800. Nissan called and asked me to take the car to see them, then they offered only $15,000. I later sold the car to another dealer the next day for $22,000. So watch out if you are considering selling a car to Universal City Nissan.

If I could give zero stars I would.There is some type of fraud going on.They ran my credit OVER 30 times and acted nice towards me and very family friendly but i things couldn’t have gone worse.I don’t want to go too in depth I’m not a Karen and have never left any bad reviews for anyone before so I’m just trying to warn the next customer who comes here to stay away.Also if you try to call them it doesn’t go through especially the finance department, they will just hang up or have you on hold until the phone hangs up.0/100 I’m not joking I’d rather buy a broken bike than ever do business with this dealership.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! And if you make the mistake of doing so like I did…do not take it to their service center where their service manager Sarkis will call you a liar and to “go to corporate”.Bought the car in March ‘23 and had to take it back within 90 days because the car idle is all over the place and the brakes are making a noise. The technician takes a ride with me and tells me to slam on the brakes to ”test something” and the rotors start making an even worse noise. He then shows me that there are huge caliper burns on the rotors. Damage clearly from before I bought the car. 1200 dollars estimated to fix it. Then they tell me that the fuel body is dirty and likely why the car isn’t running smoothly. Another 600 dollars just to investigate.All things that should be part of an extensive “certified” pre owned checklist and clearly were not. The car is less that 2 years old and has only 40,000 miles.Corporate tells me they have so many cases with the dealership that they will have to get back to me and to try and reach out to the managers directly to try and work something out.I call the sales manager with all these problems (General Manager couldn’t be bothered apparently) and he takes my info to pass on and never calls back.The only help I got was from my salesperson Bogart who should be promoted as he actually cares about his customers and the quality of the car and dealership.

Done very well as nobody else could've done it. I would have said excellent all the way, but i think that the pricing for labor was more than it should have been. Otherwise, i'm happy that the job was well done and in timely fashion.

Checking back in from three months ago after leasing my mother a Pathfinder SL, here to say this is everything I wanted in a car for my mother as it is has variety of cool features, it's spacious , easy to drive, very comfortable and most importantly stunning. I'm just as happy now as I was when I first surprised her with the Suv, thanks to salesman (Moe) who not only helped me not only get the car I wanted but the lead trim with an amazing deal. Definitely know where to come back for my next car. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND*
