Vehicle was blocked for 2 hours, customer service kept playing around and sending me back to the menu prompt to be ignore/avoid and eventually being hung up on to avoid any kind of assistance/compensation for their failed 24/7 mobile pick up. Was promised a 50 dollar credit that never happened and was never completed by the staff, once vehicle was unblocked 2 hours later, vehicle was on empty and employee claimed the tank was filled prior to pick up. Extremely shady business tactics and horrible work ethic if this is how you treat your customers will leave bad BBB rating for this experience

Service is slow computers always down they don't answer phones even in the presence of us while I'm waiting to try to rent out my the vehicle upon returning the vehicle I left some items were not there and the little lost and found they have vehicle was rented out I tried calling multiple times and they never answered the phone I drove there a couple times and my items were missing and I could not get them back so no I will not recommend this place

The location is convict for me ..they only had one person working in the yard and office 1 other guy who was nice enough to explain to me how to hook my car to make it short o called because o had trouble in the road and no one picked up. So I ended up going to 3 u hauls that didnt want to help me out . never again ! Disappointed just in general .

I can see a copy of my identification being needed, but felt the selfie and the phone call to a friend was unnecessary. What if a person absolutely has nobody to call? Staff was great.

This location is very disappointing. We made a 10 am reservation and only one person is working to accommodate people checking in and checking out. It takes about half an hour per customer and it’s really frustrating. This is such a busy location and current owner should hire additional help to accommodate the demand. I will not recommend this location.

Dirty van, missing dolly. had to go back 30 miles just to grab it. yes, i should had checked before leaving but i shouldn't had to.

The customer service at this location was poor. There was no greeting. I acknowledge that it was a busy morning for your staff today, but while two of the three workers available to assist the customers were outside with other customers, the one employee remaining decided to take a call and spent about 10 minutes assisting the customer on the phone.Since about 8 other customers had been waiting in line for about 25 minutes by then, the priority should have been given to the in-person customers, not the one who conveniently called in and avoided a considerably long wait. Also, no one apologized for the delay in assisting us with our business. In fact, I arrived timely to my 9:00 am pick-up appointment for a van which I had reserved yesterday. But I was finally helped at approximately 9:30am.Furthermore, the young man who received my returned van rental was not just unprofessional but insulting toward me as well. Even though the gas that I pumped after I was finished using the van showed the same fuel level as when I picked it up (if not slightly higher), he indicated that I owed an amount exceeding $9. When I questioned this, he said that the fuel level was lower than it was when I picked up the van. However, I recalled vividly seeing that the fuel level matched or exceeded that which it had at the time of pick up.He suggested that I changed the fuel level on the U-Haul questionnaire to cheat on gas. However, I was going based on the fuel level reading as indicated in my contract, which apparently varied from the level shown when I took a photo that showed current mileage and fuel level. Since I pumped gas to raise it to the level shown by the photo that I submitted, I did not understand why your employee (whose name I did not obtain--although it appeared to me that he may be of Asian descent) would insult me by suggesting that I was trying to cheat your company by stealing gas. After I explained to him that I had pumped gas at a nearby Arco gas station, he asked to see my receipt. At this point, I walked into the van, which was running on idle, and confirmed that the fluid level matched or exceeded their own when they delivered the van to me. I called him over to show him, and he indicated that he was "going to let it go this time." Having been proven wrong, he reluctantly decided to charge only the amount that was due, and not a fee for additional gas.I have used U-Haul for my moving, as well as other transportation needs, multiple times. However, this unpleasant experience will compel me to consider using alternative moving companies and not recommend your business to friends, colleagues, and relatives.

My friend and i were treated with fast trac service A+ and we didnt even have a reservations. johnathon the young gentelman was so professional and helpful he seemed like he has been doing his job for years (customer service) thank you johnathon i was the passenger with my friend m cerda and i think i had left window open i called spoke with nice rep jeanette who then trasnfer me to ndu they were all very nice and helpful thank u and for managers who read this you should really keep ur eyes on ela cust service rep johnathon for his age he was so professional i was completely blown away of his etiquette in customer service it takes people years to be that good in CS he is a keeper i do job placements for a living im going to be upfront i would probably take him from uhaul but he looks like he really enjoys serving and helping customers with u-haul u got a winner there hard ti find these days and who ever trained him kudos to you to. I was a very satisfied with rental and service m.cerda i recieved i was contact person on his contract. i was really suprised ela rating being low because i didnt experience nothing but help and in and out excellent service. Im so glad we didn't pay attention to those ratings thus place us well organized get u in and out and with the bizness

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Made an appointment to get a hitch installed. Paid two weeks in advance. Showed up and was told that that Justin, the manager, was on vacation and that I should "come back next week". Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Fraudulent business practices.

The represrntative was rude, made me feel like I was waisting his time. The vehicle I was renting was boxed in by other vehicles and not ready for me to pull off the lot. the representative seemed inconvienced because he had to move vehicles which took an extra 25 minutes of my time so that I could pull out. The reading on the fuel gauge was below what my contract stated I had to walk back into the office to make him aware and he rudely replied you were texted an ap use that, and that was the first I had been made aware that this was how I was supposed to make changes or corrections in my contract by using an ap. What can you do to improve / Mandatory Training in customer service for your employees would be a good start. I will be giving Hertz Penske my business in the future.
