Dear Stacy and the entire team at The Hidden Garden....you are EXCEPTIONAL!!! I had a very last minute small wedding and this crew pulled together the absolutely most STUNNING floral arrangements. They were massive and fresh and beyond expectations. The white orchids and roses were magical!!! Striking beyond words. How they handled it with short notice was amazing too. Also how they got the huge arrangements from the Church to the hotel after was so fantastic and appreciated so we could enjoy the flowers after the wedding for a little. They even broke down one of the large arrangements and made them into smaller vases all through our hotel suite. It was so special. I will only be using The Hidden Garden for all my birthday parties, birthday arrangements for friends and family and the list goes on. Stacy, thank you SO very much again. You were so sweet and kind and personable. And knowing your team stayed overtime to do this for me knowing my story of why my wedding was so small and last minute really moved me. You have a customer for life! Thanks again so so much! Xo

Requested a quote and never heard back. I called and was instructed to fill out the form. When I tried explaining the person over the phone told me that if I filled it out I was told I would get a call.

This is by far my favorite LA flower shop. Their selection is breathtaking. The service is just on point every time I place an order. Regardless of where I live in Cali, this is my spot. If you need a beautiful creative arrangement you won't be disappointed.

I needed to send flowers to my friends' as they were opening a new vegan restaurant in Culver City. HG sent the most tasteful and elegant yet fun arrangement that was in my price range and delivered earlier than expected. Excellent and efficient customer serve and so friendly! Hands down the best experience with the nicest people. The flowers are beyond beautiful, gorgeous and fabulous. We met with Amy who was warm and kind and generous. Her talent and that of her staff is incredible. While they are not the cheapest, they insure that they are worth every penny and then some.

I'm extremely content with The Hidden Garden. Online ordering was quick and easy; and the Bouquet was BEAUTIFUL! The day of delivery, I was notified through a text that bouquet was delivered at the recipient's address. I soon realized it was dropped off at the wrong address. I immediately texted the number back, informed them about my error and asked if they were able to take them to the correct address. Without hesitation they agreed and made a prompt delivery! This is the most amazing flower shop I've ever found! Their arrangements are uniquely creative and consistently gorgeous. I've loved their work for years and always found them to be so lovely and accommodating. What finally pushed me to write this review was such an awesome customer service experience I had this morning: when I went to pick up flowers I had ordered for my mom, mother in law and grandma, I was a little disappointed about the color of the arrangements as I'd wanted very vibrant spring colors for two of the three arrangements and while beautiful they were more purple than I'd been expecting. The wonderful women working were really responsive to my comments and immediately swapped out the largest arrangement for a stunning brighter version that it turned out one of the florists had put together specifically for one of the women who did the swap for me. They also had a florist swap out some of the purples in the other arrangement for some brighter oranges and yellows I'd been hoping for. Just beyond generous and helpful! This shop is an absolute gem and I will patronize them as often as I can!!

I live in Northern California but needed to send flowers to a relative in Los Angeles who had been in a car accident. I didn't want to to the "standard flowers" online and wanted something unique. Hidden Garden exceeded my expectations with their selection and reasonable pricing. I selected the Vibrant Hues - Designer's Choice, this way I knew the floral designer could be creative and use the most beautiful flowers available that day. When my cousin received the delivery, she was thrilled! She mentioned the nurses and staff were making such a fuss over it! Thank you Hidden Garden for making my cousin's day so much brighter.

I ordered flowers for a dear friend whose father had recently passed. First, the team at Hidden Garden was great about changing the day of delivery for me - super easy to work with and responsive, even though I ordered everything online and requested the day change via email. Second, my friend said that the bouquet was gorgeous! And it lasted longer than any of the other flowers she had received. They will have my business going forward!

I was ordering flowers for a relative and needed something that was beautiful and reasonably priced. Hidden garden delivered on both counts. I picked an option from the website, the soft pastels, and ordered it. The ordering process was extremely straightforward. I then realized that I wanted something a little brighter, so I called the store and they worked with me over the phone to adjust the order appropriately. The picture that I received from my relative showed a bouquet that was exactly what I was looking for. I also appreciated that the pricing was straightforward, it was simply the bouquet plus delivery plus tax. There wasn't anything weird or surprising. I ended up spending pretty much exactly what I expected to spend, which was very nice.

Really bad customer service. I called in for roses and asked for it to be prepared and get pricing. When I arrived it was chaotic and nobody was helping me with checking out. I asked for the price and after the prepped the flowers then they said it was $80 for 12 roses, I couldn't believe it. They said it was the quality of roses but they weren't in the best condition. That's my last time going here.
