Called at 1:53PM. Went straight to voicemail (so it’s a cell phone not a landline). And voicemail is full.
Not sure how you run a business this way.

BEWARE! This guy's running a scam out this place!Dropped off a few shirts. Unfortunately I moved out of the area didn't make it back in timely manner to pick these up. Which I realize ultimately is my fault however this same scenario has happpened at various other cleaners around town and each one either legitimately called me or made efforts to contact me to pick up items. BOTTOM LINE ALL had the items once I showed up to pick up. Not this place! This guy matter of factly just said something to the effect that after a certain time the items are simply removed. He claimed that they make an effort to call (THEY 100% DEFINITELY DID NOT!) So I asked then what happens to these clothes? He replied they're sold. What that tells me is he has a side hustle selling clients clothes, or giving away to his kids or relatives...whatever the case that's just a terrible shady way of doing business!Needless to say I won't ever be going back to this hole in the wall place to see this guys fake smile & ugly face. Good riddance! Cleaners are a dime a dozen in LA- if these people are Sooooooooo poor & shady so hard up to steal customers clothes - there's countless other reliable options in the same area. FYI they usually did a very mediocre job cleaning garments but sure charged regular high prices. Avoid this place and deal with honest folks instead!

I was told I can pick up my dresses at 10am and I said I will be there between 11am or 12pm so I can give them some time. I get there @noon and the guy just look at me and said your dress is not ready we had a problem with 1 of our machines we will have it ready for you by 3:30pm we close at 5pm.... I understand that a problem could happen with their machines. What I don't like it's that the least they can do is a courtesy call & let us know ahead of time. I don't live close & yes I was mad but I just said ok. I return for my dresses n now he's like oh we were unable to fix the button on the dress as you requested, it's so complicate to get that type of pearl button. When I ask for their service I did ask him if he think that would be possible to fix it , the answer was yes np that button is so common, we will have it ready for you.

Yay! I finally found my resident dry cleaners! Tried them out after a yelp search and immediately impressed with friendly service, 10% discount when you pay upfront and incredible prices! They even have the 5star point system.

This is my go to place for cleaning and mending. Great consistent customer service! Every single person I have dealt with is nice, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
