The price couldn't be beat, but the service is what blew me away. You're communicating with real people, not autobot responses. The employees are flexible and helpful. From the worker who texts with you to keep you updated about your order (Even reaching out to me on Sunday.), to the delivery person. I really am grateful for the delivery person's assistance & for the clear communication from the company.

Excellent! I couldn't find the materials I needed anywhere in my town. BuildClub had them and they were able to deliver them to my door. Very communicative through text (which I love) with lots of order updates. Super friendly delivery driver. I highly recommend!

My contractor did the research and believed this was the best price he could get on soundproof insulation. While I was on the website, I had questions and called their number. The person who answered the phone was friendly and answered my question. I placed the order without issue and received it the next morning. In addition, they kept me in the loop via text immediately and the next day when they were on their way. My contractor mentioned he will order from them again. Great job!

I was looking for an item that was out of stock everywhere, the Build Club sales team got with the acquisitions team that found it with another vender, had it sent to me in 3 days. They were in contact with me via text communicating the process the whole time. The world just doesn't have this kind of customer service anymore or this type of TEAMwork. Very impressed

I can confirm that their business address is not correct as the property manager and I looked for them everywhere. I’ve asked them to take it down months ago and they still have not updated it. It’s confusing for customers who are misled to believe this is a store. I’d appreciate if they would stop using our address as their business address. Thank you.

After ordering several cases of tile from Home Depot to be delivered on May 8th, only to have them cancel my order the morning of my delivery, I was furious and pulling my hair out trying to figure what to do. My bathroom was already started with this same tile, but I needed a few more tiles to complete my project. Googled the tile to find some other place to purchase, and The Build Club was the ONLY place that had them shown in stock. Although I found them a bit pricey ($49 delivery for 3 boxes of tile) I was desperate! They said estimated delivery date was 2 weeks from purchase date, but these guys had the tile here several days early! Excellent customer service, and great communication. They sent me regular updates and texted me when the tile was out for delivery. Driver was friendly, and the tiles look to be in great condition! Couldn't be happier! I know this is a fairly new company, and is mostly for contractors, but they really made sure I (even with my "little" order) was taken care of, and I will always be happy to pay a little more for this kind of service! If you're tired of getting the run-a-round from big box building supply chains, give The Build Club a try!!

Ordered plywood, delivered within 2 hours. I don't see any voids and it is slightly oversized which is awesome for making 4 12 inch lengths. Thanks

Discovered this company when I needed a rush order on tile that was out of stock at Floor & Decor. I called and talked to Omar and they had my time in stock. He was great and processed things right away. I got it the next day and super impressed at every step.
