Come here if you want your clothes stolen. All my favorite clothes were stolen. I told the guy about it. He laughed in my face he laughed. In their defence, i left it over night, but in my defence i came back at 10:30 when their hours said 11. I'm so done

They don't fix the machines... they take your money and don't work. This feels suspiciously like a scam as I have documentation of contacting the company about a month ago over the same machine and they never fixed it. The machine keeps taking and keeping the money. To be fair, they did say to come back at 9:00PM when they're closing for a $.75 refund... I wonder how many people have taken them up on the offer.

It is a small laundromat with a very small parking lot shared with other businesses. It is not kept clean. The customers are careless, disrespectful and lazy. They throw their dryer sheets on the ground or leave them in the carts and others will sit on top of the laundry tables where people put their clean laundry with their dirty shoes on them (sitting cross-legged). There are very few carts and very limited seating. Washers are around $3.50 or more. And a weird thing, on the hot cycle, I noticed that while 10 mins were left, the washer was rotating the clothes back and forth without water for several minutes. While the cold water cycle (same set of $3.50 machines) will keep washing with water until it is ready to spin.

If you read the reviews! All the good reviews are 5 years old . There no worker on site . Clothes come out smelling disgusting. Washers are destroyed and old . Place is not clean .

I wish I could give 0 stars. The machine I was using wasn't clean and stained all my clothes. No one there available, contact the property manager and wasn't able to answer any call. I left disappointed with my clothes damage. Finally the owner asked me to come to the laundry to provide a fair resolution and all she focus on the sign that they're not responsible for clothes damage or lost. However she shouldn't make go back to the laundry again all the way from montebello if her resolution was to put it in the machine to wash it for free. Even the employee there agreed that it wasn't going to fix it because it's not the clothes were dirty. It was stained with some kind of paint. If you can avoid coming it's a good recommendation. It's not worth to give back what you paid to wash if it ruins jacket that cost over $100 and shirts that cost $30 and then offer you back $4. Bullshit

Very Shittty laundry fucken machine don't work for shit the dryers don't fucken work stupid shit freezes when you add coins to it. And there's no body to even help you out here at all theirs nobody at all. Why run this place of no one is going to be here this crap should be closed . Don't come here

This laundry mat gets 1 star for a few reasons... * washers are small and overpriced because of how small those things are* place looks dirty* homeless make the place smell pretty bad* a lot of their washers smell like sewer water* not hearing back from the owner after having issues with a machine a previous timeNot sure if the same person owns it but I was not to pleased with the one I spoke with over the phone. She didn't call me back. Took my clothes out of the washer smelling like rotten egg/sewer water. Had no choice but to dry my clothes and feeling like I washed them in dirtier water than my clothes were

No white washing machines work2 small washing machines are not working one took my money and wouldn't show money was inputted. It's dirty for the most part the owner is here so it's clean now. I didn't get my quarters back and she didn't bother to ask how much I put in. She just seemed to be rushing in and out to clean and her sister was helping her. The soda machine does not work. The bathroom is locked it does not work. It's blocked to input quarters. There was no paper towels.Change machine has worked and dryers. He sink works. It's close to where I live that's why I come here but it's mentioned that the place is clean due to covid foe safety but I didn't see her wipe the counters or the top of the machines.Big machines work. But it's just me washing for myself usually just use the small.
