I ordered directly from them today, Sunday. They said it will arrive in 1.5 hours…4 hours pass and I have no choice but to order via DoorDash which arrived in 20 mins
. I call the store and they claim my road was closed … it wasn’t. If DoorDash could deliver from your store why couldn’t your driver. Not only did they not deliver, they lied about the road closure and didn’t even bother to let me know they won’t be delivering until I called.

I stopped by here after work, looking to kill time while I waited for my boyfriend to get out of work. I have never been here before and I wish I had my dog with me! They have so many different brands of dog food, treats, accessories, collars, harnesses, I was quite amazed at the selection. The employees were very kind, offering help if needed. I ended up purchasing my dog a cute Red Dingo turquoise blue collar. I should have bought the matching leash or a harness! I will definitely be back!

I usually love coming here but they don't seem to mind intact dogs wandering the store. It caused stress for my little guy so we had to leave. I don't know if I'll go back if that's the risk.

I have been coming for over a year, and I come all the time for cat and dog food. The service is attentive, and I've had great conversations here. Yet every time I come it's as if my dog and I are new to the store. For better customer service, why not remember your loyal customers' names? At least remember our dogs? I come here because it is in my neighborhood, but it feels as if people don't really care about that.

Super friendly staff.. always nice to my pup and gives him treats! Visiting tailwaggers has been part of our daily walks! They even give free samples which helps with my picky eater pup!

Okay I think I've finally had it with this place. On the plus side, they have a lot of great healthy natural, pure, raw and raw alternative options. However, it's always turns into a scavenger hunt trying to figure out how much anything costs. If you're lucky, a bag may have a price tag on it but most of the freezer items do not. There's endless price cards scattered on the fronts & sides of the freezers and on randome walks but many of them don't even match to the items in the freezer they're taped to. I really want to buy many things from the store but i lose patience when I have to put the effort of having walk up to the register to ask how much something is. Today I was holding 5 items that I was interested in buying. I decided I was only going to buy the items with prices I could visibly see myself. I ended up purchasing a single bag of treats with a price tag on the back. It shouldn't be this difficult for a customer to shop for items and easily know how much they should expect ti pay for them. This has been an issue since I started shopping here several years ago, I hope maybe someday somebody will fix this. In the meantime. If anyone figures out how to do what every other retail shop in the country manages to do - price your products so your customers can easily identify their cost - please let me know...I'll be shopping at urban pet in the meantime.
