When I visited the store on the evening of November 29th because I had to pay for my cell phone because of my caregiver, there were people and employees inside the store who told me to open the store at 7:36 p.m., but they closed the door and didn't let me in. The employee acted like he was closing it by hand, but it wasn't exactly closing time. There were 30 minutes left, but the employee closed the door and did not open it.

They act friendly but completely lied to get the sale. I bought a iPhone 14 here a couple of months ago. Told me my iPhone cover was free but I got charged on my next bill. They never told me about insurance but I got charged for insurance on my next bill. I never authorized a new line but on my next bill a new phone number was added. Please be careful with the salespeople at this location.

UPDATE:The manager, Ceci, resolved the issue professionally and amicably, and ensured the employee was advised of the inappropriate behavior.INITIAL EXPERIENCE: One of their employees had the audacity to try and SWINDLE $5 from me to change my screen protector, which is free with my insurance. He said it was "his own personal charge for his services". And he only wanted cash. Huh.
