Worst Customer Service ever! I had lost my phone and was looking to replace my phone ASAP. I was without a functioning phone and had a model I was looking for. This store did not carry that model and when I asked if they could search which stores had inventory, they said they could not (not true, as a corporate store they have the ability to search inventory of other stores ((which I confirmed with several other stores)), they just weren't willing to help if it didn't mean a direct sale for their store). So instead I had to get assistance from the Montebello store, who also didn't have the phone I was looking for, but was more than willing to help me locate a store that had it for me. Needless to say if you are in this general area, go to the Montebello store, better service where they truly have your interests in mind, even if it doesn't benefit them directly. That's what I call good, trustworthy customer service.

Jesse Rico and his team are the absolute best! From the moment you walk through the doors, you begin to feel the difference of this location compared to other mobile Phone stores. they definitely go above and beyond to help you even if you were there just simply visit the store with questions or concerns. that being said, they are are very very caring and helpful and supportive even long after you have completed your purchase of a device or whatever it might be. You could see the genuine care, and will be delightfully surprise how they are willing to go above and beyond. The store is very well organized and clean and I can see why this location may get very busy perhaps on the weekends and holidays because others continue to realize that they are excellent and support and/care. They always have plenty of staff and are never shorthanded. Even if you don’t quite live close to this location, it is definitely worth the trip here! I feel right at home here, and I am convinced that everyone who works there enjoys what they do and they are not just there to sell products, but they are there to brighten your day and just make you feel really good as a T-Mobile customer. From the first time that I set foot in the store, November 2022 to my most recent visit yesterday September 13, 2023. I am more than convinced that this is a great store! This being a great store was further confirm this past August, when I came in with some major concerns with my device after being in an accident and once I arrived, and began speaking with Kenneth and seeing how patient and caring he was bearing with all my detail, and/or everything I had to say, cause I began to feel a huge relief with my concerns and anxiety and to my surprise, he offered a far better solution than I expected! My most recent visit and Correspondence Took place Friday September 8th by phone and in person September 10 and 13th with Jesse Rico the store manager. He is absolutely remarkable and I can see why all his employees are very happy and helpful and have a great work ethic, genuine care and are so willing to help and not just make you feel like another number. Jesse definitely went above and beyond and just overall has excellent interpersonal communication skills, and my visitation with him definitely really made my day tremendously! ?

I visited this location on Thrusday for the first time and was not disappointed. Steven exceeded the customer service expectations. He went above and beyond to help with all my questions. Steven was able to help me get all my questions answered. I ended up leaving the store with 2 new tablets and a clear mind, knowing I was able to get everything taken care of within the same day. Needless to say, I will continue to visit this location and personally seek Steven for any questions or concerns about my service.

They do not know their services. I asked for a plan to use outside US and the store manager told me that I can use 10$ monthly plan. After leaving the US I found that 10$ package is only available in US and I have to purchase 40$ plan. I called few times to customer service and every time I got completely different answers. No one in t-mobile knows about their plans ( at lease those whom I talked with )

Very bad experience, manager doesn’t help….unfortunately you can’t do anything inside the store….the ”manager” didn’t help…..not even try to help me to talk with someone with higher position tan hers…..she just tell me to dial 611 from my phone (really????)think twice before you come here…I hope someone read this post and help yourselves to keep your customers….remember “it could take years to convince a customer to come and do business with you….and just take 5 minutes to loose the same customer”

Alex was so amazing!!! He took care of everything for us. We had to add my dad to our plan but he was a Verizon customer. Alex took care of the transition, activate my new phone and explained everything perfectly. He was a little wizard!!! Thank you Alex!!!
