It’s a hassle to get quarters here and the dryers are too expensive in my opinion. Other than that it’s a nice place to wash.

There are no laundry persínelo on site. Restroom out of order, you have to call a number to get change from machines, a lot of machines do not work, and you get the chance to play ‘which dryer actually drying’ cost me 2x times more than other places to get my clothes to dry and at the end my socks were still wet. Definitely not worth coming here. I go to many laundromats but this has to be the worst honestly.

Do not wash here. Terrible place. I don't know why it has good reviews. I've lost $8 in quarters here because the washer wouldn't start after I put in my money. There was no sign on the machine. Just now I lost $2 for the same reason. A few times I did a full dry and my clothes were still damp I had to pull my clothes out and put them in another machine and pay again!!There's never anyone here working to get my money back from. There's a number to call but it leads no where.

Some idiot with a camera approves your getting change. Rude and the stupidity of the business to keep this guy. Get this one time machine not working guy doesn't speak Spanish. So I help this lady to turn off the machine. Yeah guys real nice when he needs something. Then I come can't get change. Telling me there's the door. He chases business away. What a moron!

BAD!! You literally have to show your dirty underwear to a RING camera installed on the quarter-machine to get quarters for the machines ??Terrible customer service, dirty, filthy laundry mat. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They lost my business and even long time customers are starting to go to different laundromats. Your clothes are never clean after I wash, and none of the softener dispensers in the machines work.

You have to call to get machines turned on?!?!?Dryer ate 1.00 and still didn't dry 10 small thin items...Overall clean and plenty of washers and dryers just not worth the hassle

I come here every week! I always have a great experience so I just had to leave a review. The place is alway so clean. There's a great variety of soap in the vending machine if I ever forget mine. And the only time I did experience an issue there was a wonderful guy who's always working hard to keep the place clean and he immediately helped me out! He's always very friendly, and says hi when I'm there and that makes me feel welcome! Not only does he work hard to keep the place clean I can tell that he's always keeping an eye on everything and making sure it's a safe environment. Great place, great staff, and overall wonderful wonderful customer service here! Definitely coming back!

Machines are always down. Someone needs to remind the girl (short Latina) who works at night during the week that last wash is at 830pm. I'm Latina too and I'm just describing her so don't go there lol. Every time I come here after work (around 7pm) she is passively reminding people that she's closing soon and starts mopping around my feet and moving my things around. She has asked me if I was "almost done" so she can clean up while I'm washing. She even opened my washer when it finished (idk what for) while I was putting my other clothes to dry and was about to go get that load, she's done that twice! I only come here because it's local and the other staff are cool but this girl is rude every time and I'm always out and done by 9/930 the latest before closing at 10. It doesn't help that the washers and dryers are always having technical issues either. If u don't like your job, work someone else and stop being rude to people because u wanna close early! People work and have different schedules while respecting the business hours so why be rude.
