You can't have only ONE employee staffed during lunch rush on a Sunday. Been in line for 20 minutes; for a Subway, that's just straight up unacceptable. HIRE PEOPLE! I do not care if the sandwich then costs a dollar more. My time is more valuable.

I ordered the "Customize Your Own Sub Platter" online for 7 people which allowed me to pick 5 different sandwiches from a select list (tuna, cold cuts, turkey breast, black forest ham, and Italian BMT--ham, pepperoni, and salami) along with the bread (Italian or multigrain), the toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, cucumbers, spinach, green peppers, and black olives), type of cheese (white American cheese, provolone, and shredded Monterrey cheddar cheese), and condiments (mayonnaise and mustard). The sandwiches were packed neatly, cut into thirds, labeled in a sturdy box, and tasted great. My order was ready at the designated time and service was wonderful. I'm glad I decided to order this catering package because it was a good value and enabled people to select the sandwich of their choice since I didn't know everyone's preference. I'd definitely order it again.

Juan is the worst!!!He should NOT be in any customer service capacity!!!Did not acknowledge me when I went in to order. I was the only person there.Awful! Won't be back.Update:I got a response from Subway owner. No "Juan" works there. As suspected, he provided a fake name. No name tags here!I hope my details of the time frame point him out to his employer. I know they won't care anyway!

I received very rude service here today. I've been going to this subway for over ten years and they know me here. Today I was getting two sandwiches, and when the lady asked me if I wanted my second one toasted I remember specifically saying "no not toasted, not that one," because the first one I did want toasted and it was already in the oven. Well I guess when she took the first one out of the oven, she popped in the second one. I did not see as I was already moving up to figure out what I was going to put on my sandwich that just came out of the oven. I was wondering why my other sandwich was just sitting there while we waited for the first one to toast but I didn't want to seem rude by telling the lady who was making the sandwiches to work, I just figured she wanted to make the toasted sandwich first for whatever reason. When I finally noticed my second sandwich coming out of the oven I let her know I didn't want it toasted. The marinara sauce was all gone into the bread. I let her know I had asked for that one to not be toasted. She was aggressively wrapping up the sandwich to put it away, she hastily put it on the other counter bordering slamming it, she angirly walked back to the bread fridge to get more bread out now waving her hands in front of herself and at me in anger practically yelling "you should have told me you didn't want it toasted!!!" Now she's pissed as hell. Now I'm in defense mode still repeating myself that I DID say that I did not want that one toasted. She took no accountability in the situation not even letting it go under the premise that perhaps she misheard me or that it was a miscommunication. Everything was my fault. She rudely made my new sandwich and rudely checked me out. She was practically throwing the stuff my way with a nasty look on her face. I will not be returning here and I hope they close this location so a nicer group of people can open a business here. What an absolute B***ch.

Told that they’re closed, It’s 9pm on a Sunday with customers inside. Hours online and business door clearly say 10pm is closing time. Employee clearly didn’t want to help me, seemed like he had mobile orders or something that was more important than the walk-in customers.

Delicious food. I ordered delivery from Subway recently, and the food was perfect. The price is acceptable considering that the food is fresh and wholesome. I will order sandwiches again from them soon.
