Today was my first time visiting this location it's close to my house & I must say they need serious help. It was only 2 people in front of me & i waited 15mins which is wild. I didn't leave because I walked & was looking forward to a sandwich but they need to do better.

Went in super late around maybe 2 am for late night cookie run and Chris was so nice and welcomed me in as soon as a walked in had just over all a very nice person thanks Chris not many people left that are genuinely nice now a days

This one star not for subway, it's for the employees and if i could i give them minus 100 stars, they shouldn't be a food server at all, this subway is close to my office, i go there everyday for 2 month now and they are still the worst food server i have ever seen, they don't even pay more effort to distribute the food in the bread in a good way and not only one person but ALL OF THEM, the old lady is a little better than the othersToday was my last visit, I'm not going there any more and will share this bad experiance with all my coworkersThanks for the bad service

It's the best restaurant ever my son went there ever since he was 3 years old and now he's seven it's just the best restaurant ever and definitely go there my 7 year old son is telling everyone to go there wherever he goes

I'm 71 years old and got a foot long BOGO offer in my email today, so I went online today August 25, 2023 (first time ever) and went through their unfriendly, anti-intuitive, and lengthy process of retrieving the offer and placing my order. At the end it gave me 2 pick-up times and I thought that was definitely odd, so I screen shot both orders!Arriving at the location (corner of Highland and Franklin), my order was NOT there, so I showed the screen shot to the "head" employee and she said:"The screen shot doesn't show the LOCATION, so the best I can do is 50% off the second sandwich (which would have added another $7 to my order!!!)."My only assumption is that this location either caters to young techies, doesn't give a rip about the senior citizen, or has so much business they can turn away customers (with the employee refusing to honor my on-line order, I said, "I will NEVER order from this location or ANY Subway ever again!").I think it would be wise for others to deny your business to this franchise who refuse to honor (with proof) their offers and let them know how much we don't appreciate them!!PS Jimmy John's sandwiches are ten times better regardless!

I go to this location the most employees are kind, hazel the manager keeps her store running smoothly and very clean!! been there at night recently the girl at night really knows how to make sandwiches gives the best service. You can count on me to return here 10/10

I went in to get lunch and was charged twice I left my number for the manager and haven't received a response. Then I called them and she still isn't around all I want is a refund or another order since it is already paid for.

Slow service. Very slow. Skinny Hispanic/Filipino doing it. Took about 5 minutes before I got to order and there was only 2 people ahead of me. He was slow also to the person in front of me.

Most disgusting subway. Don't eat here. They always mess your order up and the employees are rude. Management should hire new employees and do better. Garbage subway. Don't eat here!!!
