My delivery order only had 1 of 3 made items correct. Salad has no dressing sent with it, even thought it was on my order. The sandwich was toasted even though it said regular (not toasted) which wilted all the spinach on a sandwich I planned to save for breakfast. The kids sandwich was actually correct, thank goodness bc she has high sensory needs.All ingredients were fresh at least so we pulled the wilted items off and still have something for tomorrow. I ate the salad with the dressing that ordered on the side of the sandwich so it will be dry instead.

Adrian!!!! you gotta go! I have never seen someone as rude as you. If you are the manager, you should of been gone long ago. You dont serve old or improperly stored vegetables (translucent cucumber or tomatoes. You were also laying half the amount of the cheese or delis by tossing on the sandwich incomaprrison to other locations do. I saw all that! Just tossing scraps into the sandwitch one by one. Thats not to speak of the brownish lettuce you put on my sandwich until I complained and asked you to put the fresh ones. Instead you responded rudly telling me its the same ###%!. If you are the owner there, you should never be as the store front. I eat subway very often due to my job, and i gotta say... this is a new experience. I dont even know how you still there, with the same type of complaints about you.

The staff had been working here for a min, I got a literal sh*t sandwich! I've never seen such a bad attitude and crappy sandwich at a subway but these dude suck.

I can always count on the ingredients in a Subway sandwich -- predictable and consistent. What makes a difference in the stores is the personnel. This shop is run by two of the most friendly and efficient sandwich builders I have encountered in a long time. It was a joy to eat there two times on this trip. I will return.

Adrian?(I guess his name was Adrian or something started with A. Look like middle age latino guy.)You don't have to work there if you are not happy with subway restaurant. If you are the owner of this branch, Adrian, you don't have to maintain miserable business.I never experience such a rude attitude in any other subway restaurant. I lost my appetites even before order bread. Where did you learn your overbearing manner?Does subway HQ teach you use your ugly chin and annoying voice saying "what?" when you are having order from customer?I'll tell you what other subway restaurants usually do.They usually smile with eye contact and asking "which bread do you want?" followed by asking "6 inch or foot long?"Not using thier chins or short irriitating voice of "what?" with sniffy face.Adrian, Your sandwich already lost it's flavour even before getting order. What a shame!

I work next door and the manager Adrian or staff they have working there in the morning ALWAYS has an attitude when helping me or whenever I ask for something as if my money or time doesn't mean anything. Someone needs to really talk to him about customer service and RETRAIN HIM. I literally went inside to ask for a sheet of foil because they wrap so careless and I needed another and he just assumed I didn't buy anything like come tf on. His service and demeanor sucks when he talks to people.

I was there yesterday to order 3 footlongs. I had most unpleasant experience with the older Latino gentleman. He is extremely rude with no patience at all for no reason. I was the only customer in there but he was acting as if there was 100 people lined up behind me! It was very strange because he was acting busy & his hands moved fast yet he was making the sandwich in slower than normal pace (you have to see him make sandwich to unserstand) plus he was very agitated throughout the whole process of making the sandwich! He made mess of all the sandwicheseventhough he didn't put enough meat nor vegetables inside the sandwich compared to other subways. On top of that he doesn't even wrap the sandwich properly and veggies were falling off from the wrapped sandwiches. I honestly don't understand why he's working there, he just hates everything in that place including the customers! If you are the owner of this place, please go and check how he deals with the customers.

Yea you need to get rid of the brown brother always has the worst customer service was tryna make my sandwich by phone order he just hung up please subway do something about him he’s a Hispanic older man. He doesn’t like his job and is always bad mouthing employees and customers I seen it myself I come here all the time and always same story with him.

Good place to get some food if staying in the nearby hotels. The store is clean and the food fresh. Can't ask for more from a fast food store.

The older latino server has the worst attitude. I can't understand why people with zero patience get into customer service jobs. I politely asked if they had swiss cheese to which he responded with an attitude which continued till I left the store. The place itself is really clean and food was good as well. Too bad they hire folks with zero tolerance.

I will give them 0 start if it’s possible! The old guy which one I order from him has super bad attitude, English is bad attitude is super super bad! !!!! I hope the owner can fire him, if he is not the boss ?????
