Honesty, I love their clothes, but this one star review is for the customer service through their website. First, their recent sale felt like a scam. I had two orders cancelled stating items were out of stock, though suspiciously they were still available online. Then came a weird email say that their online inventory wasn’t working correctly and to set alerts for the product to see when it was back in stock. Ok…a week passes, the items are still there though of course more expensive now. So I order the item at a higher price but didn’t realize Apple Pay put the wrong shipping address until the next day. The item had not been processed or shipped so I contacted customer support. I was told they could neither cancel the order nor change the address even though it had not shipped. I was directed to a policy page multiple times and was told the items would be returned as undeliverable and then after 10 business days I’d be issued a refund.
Long story short, I’ll only be purchasing Splendid items from retailers with known positive customer service policies. So disappointing.

My experience has been less than favorable! I placed an order and used a welcome promo code 15% off. Then next day I see sale items are 50% off so I emailed customer service and asked for Promo adjustment. Any other women’s store would welcoming accomodate, not Splendid. Their customer service is a contracted firm like dealing with AI , so I called the number listed oh it asks for email address clearly they don’t care about customers or have any customer service. Nonsense I shop a great deal and am a loyal honest customer. I will never shop Splendid and want everyone to know their customer service is none existent !!! They are the worst please read before they screw you too.

Best place ever!! Best place to go! You can also shop in splendid online, I always do it. But remember, always leave a good review on the clothes you purchased and liked from splendid.
