Excellent customer service and great work! Needed my A/C serviced on a 1993 4Runner. Not everyone can do it. They did a great job. Excellent communication and reasonable price. Showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and even did a special order for an older hose to be custom made. I highly recommend this place. They were also very honest and suggested waiting for a bigger service. I highly recommend them. Cesar is awesome!

Went in for oil change and I asked for them to check other fluids, he told me they topped off power steering, (that was a lie.) I also had a pair of pliers I used to open the hood., they were taken, I have to wonder if they changed my oil. Deeply disappointed. I thought I had finally found an honest business., I didn't.

STAY AWAY!!! Had a few bad experiences in the past. Ceasar is rude. Take your vehicle down the street to Friends Auto Repair to Raphel. He's honest and does a great job. He's our go-to guy all the time w/ all our vehicle issues. Wish we had found him earlier.

I took my car there , lasted year and everything got fixed. Took my car there again 07/06/2023 for a transmission. Hopefully, they fixed it right ?! The only person I trust there is Cesar. Mr Kim is the owner and it can be pricey.

First up, any service place that charge for a diagnosis is plain lazy and greedy to start. This ignorant ahole Asian or Hispanic is full of sh¥t he thinks he can lie to people and they’re not going for a 2nd opinion. I can’t believe this place is in business. May 1st 2023, I found my dash board of Honda Odyssey showing Check Engine Lights on when driving on freeway 110. I exit and found a local repair shop. After check, Sopps Service Center technician, manager confidently saying they can repair it and need leave the car for the whole afternoon. quoted me $800 to fix it and ensure the safety of driving. Next day, I went there to pick up the minivan. The owner told me everything is done, and they even did test drove. After I paid and leaving the shop, I immediately found check engine light was on. I made U-turn right away back to shop. The owner (Cesar) checked then told me they fixed some "code" yesterday. This Check Engine Light on is a due to a newly generated code and never seen before, they can fix it, but it will be a new repair job, with new charge. Later I consulted with people know more about car, I learned that the check engine issue nothing to do with "Timing Belt", vast majority of the repair charge on the invoice was for Timing Belt. they just cheated on me because I have limited knowledge about car like most of drivers. They left check engine light on and claim that the job is finished. Only thing they interested in is make money, not care about customer even a little bit. This is a total scam.

He told me one price of a oil change over the phone then I got there he upped the price ten dollars when I came in the next day??♂️ did the job it was still cheaper than jiffy lube just a little unethical

I have been a customer of this shop for many years and today the owner whanted $1600 dollars for a valve cover replacement. He became agresive after i explain what i whanted and he said "i don't do the job",for those who don't know this job for my car is about $200 to $300 max.
