Mostly all of their vape pens have no flavor. Everytime I open one, it tastes either burnt or no flavor at all, it feels like the company that delivers them the vapes produce fake batches with how cheap the prices are.

I have to say I would advise not buying here, as I will not be purchasing here again. I recently purchased a Newport triple torch lighter from them and after five days it broke. Being that it was five days earlier I purchased it I went back to the store to show them him the ignition switch was not working and before he fully understood what was wrong with it he started telling me I probably broke it. Side Note: It's important to note I keep the lighter in a hard plastic pelican style case (str8 case) with pluck foam inserts that are perfectly shaped to the lighter's size so that it is 100% safe and drop/damage proof. It's obvious there was a defect with this product I've had other Newport lighters that served me well over the years. He flat out refused to exchange it for an new one and only offered me a discount on another one?! WTF man?!? As a customer I don't wanna hear "what am I supposed to do" or "I don't make the product " or any other stupid pearls of information you think of. If I l buy an item from your store I want it to last and if I have a problem you're the one I will take it up with. And that's how they let me leave I'm irritated I wasted my $Money and time dealing with them, it won't happen again
