My recent visit to Shoe Palace had its good and bads. Two sales associates were attentive and courteous, providing excellent service. However, my attempts to contact the store by phone before hand went unanswered multiple times. At checkout, when inquiring about the phone, the associate seemed disinterested, attributing its location being lost in the back without concern.Additionally, a small discrepancy in change occurred – 50 cents may be minor, but the principle matters. It raises concerns about consistency in the cashier. While the attentive sales associates were a positive aspect, addressing communication gaps and ensuring accuracy in transactions would enhance the overall customer experience.

The exchange and return policy for online orders sucks!!! I emailed multiple times no response. I called was told options other than what i needed and got hung up on. And now i have to pay to get an exchange for the right size after being sent the wrong size!! UUUGGGHHHH

Came all the way from Inglewood to this particular store because my daugther wanted a certain shoe for her Sweet 16 sneaker ball and even tho the shoe she wanted wasn't in stock in her size, the sales associate DAISY WAS THE SH**!! She was so patient and even found shoes for my TWINS that everywhere else was out of stock on! She is a real team player with extraordinary customer service, she set the tone of what great customer service is. Overall the store was very clean and had majority of everything on the shelf in all sizes. I will be back not just to purchase shoes but for the experience! That's how it's done shoe palace!!

Very unhelpful, i asked specifically for black air force 1s and they directed me to the wrong section of the store showing me things i have no interest in. these employs should learn to understand basic questions. they didn't take me and my friend seriously and i felt unwelcome here, i do not recommend.
