If you don't want homeless people or a store that is a little dirty at times because they are understaffed then drive to Pasadena and stay out of our DTLA. We live here, rent here, shop here, and use this Rite Aid. The pharmacy is wonderful, they are kind, and are able to transfer my old prescriptions from another location with no issues. If you don't like homeless people maybe say hello to one, go work in a soup kitchen, or move back to Montana where it is too cold for any homeless person to survive. Dirty bathroom, Rite Aid is not your hotel room or your spa, get over it and tell the management. Better yet be brave throw the toilet paper away wash your hands, triple sanitize if need be. Now please go somewhere else, that also means don't buy a condo with a view, don't go eat at Mrs. Fish, don't go to a Lakers Game, and don't go to any of our marts + flower + diamond + textile +, etc! Seriously go away. If you are loving of all people, love urban life, and realize sometimes things get dirty, please try out this Rite Aid, oh parking is a b**** because it is DTLA Bitches... Sunday has the Farmer Market totally cool!

I'm really tired of this Rite Aid!! It doesn't seem welcoming as there's a lot of homelessness and the shelves never seem to be stocked!! Definitely a lot of theft going on here as I've seen it in action!! I gotta go to CVS because Rite Aid never has what I'm looking for half the time!! And the staff; Half the staff seems like they don't like working there and can be rude!!

It's the "Reality-based atmosphere "I don't see why people on the reviews Expect Fine dining and Romantic ambience.THESE WORKERS DESERVE BIG PAY RAISES AND AWARDS for Being Frontlines EVERYDAY.From the time they Go In early Morning -leaving late After hours surrounded by Situations That can put them in Dangerous positions,I have to solute these Rite Aid workers.Thank you for Always Using the best Tactics you see fit when dealing withCustomers thatAre sometimes Hostile and Combative whobattle with Mental health, illness and Addictions that are extreme. For Each store downtown L.A there is only so much Security can do to protect their Customers.I Appreciate any tactics that has ever been used to keep others safe. The Whole crew Strives everyday to keep this store Stocked, Clean, and get the Line quickly out & leaving happy.INSTEAD OF Them asking us how we're doing, we should be asking How They're doing?!Customer Service is direct to the point and Always greeted with How are you doing? Or friendly responses. This Store has it's Good days! Many times I've walked in the store to buy items without a problem. This is an everyday visit for me sometimes multiple times in the day for home supplies or snacks & water.*This store Sales Alcohol.*Most things that are VIP to buy are Locked and Key access to protect products from theft.*You want IceCream, Step in Line and Pay for your Scoop first. The Icecream is Great here!*This store has a Pharmacy towards the back of the store. And a sitting area for drop off & pickup.*Amazon Locker is available to use at this locaton.*Security is present & Active.*this facility is usually always stocked.*long lines form but go away fairly fast.Big shout out to the workers at Rite Aid who Go Above & beyond the line of duty to take care of the Sanitation, & Safety of this community store.Thank you for always Putting others first, before yourselves. Seriously, you may not think it, but your actions have always been selfless not selfish.Thank you to Valerie, Maria, manager's & staff who always provide the best customer. Service, rain or shine!

Customer service is a bygone concept. Corporate offices no longer have to care about negative customer service unless social media attention is involved. My advise to everyone who has an issue here or anywhere, take to social media after you secretly record the negative experiences. But remember, before you leave, you must let them know that you recorded the experiences. 2 party state and all that zazz.I hate to have to come on here and advise this, but the larger the corporations, the less they care unless you blast them and hype up people to anger over it on social media. You may try to reach out on a corporations social media like Twitter or Facebook, but make sure it's all talked out publicly on the pages and not brought into a private email

I truly get terrified each time I visit the pharmacies, but since of this pharmacy, my discernment has changed! They accepted me so much and assisted me with my inquiries.

I place get my prescriptions here. The pharmacy staff is always helpful and informative.I also purchase many items here ( health & beauty, food, and other.)Never a problem. With the Rite Aid discount card prices are very reasonable. I recommend this store.

This is a terrible rite aid. Everything you want to buy is under lock and key, it's hard to find what you're looking for, and it's dirty inside everywhere you go. Felt remarkably unsafe in this Rite Aid.

This place is located square in the middle of Downtown Los Angeles. The store seemed a little chaotic with customers coming and going. The inside of the store looked to be somewhat maintained and semi-organized. There was a seemingly endless line to pay for your products once exiting the store. A place to go if your not in a hurry.

I stopped in as it was convenient, I didn't use restroom but did walk throughout the store. I found it stocked and had everything I needed. I found any staff I encountered to be friendly and helpful. Cashier even alerted me to a buy one get sale for one of my items. Overall I have no complaints of my choice to stop in at this location. Covid precautions were being followed.

The Drug Store's clout had an effect on me. My shipments arrived on schedule and on budget. The accuracy of the tap, the materials used, and the execution are all excellent. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Johani needs more training in customer service. As an employee I felt very disrespected and disappointed. She really needs to be trained how to work the register.Edit: Steve and Joey helped me out after Johani refused to. They were very professional and asserted the issue. I am happy I went back in and figured it out. Thanks to them I feel less discriminated against.

I'm so grateful that I found this drug store near my house, because every time I visit their store, the employees is so nice and welcoming. It's highly recommended!
