When the syringe did not extract blood, instead of taking out the needle and retrying, the technician wagged it around! Why are they hiring people who clearly have no training?

Had to go to several over many days. Walk ins wait time in both La Mirada locations were a 4 hours wait at 8 am on two different days. Need Saturday or extended hours on some days.
Was finally able to on a sick day at work schedule a same day appointment at the Korea town location.
