I called Promac this morning to see if they could fix my Konica machine because our previous vendor could not fix it. They came in the same day And fixed it, and they told me it was a sensor problem and needed to be cleaned. The technician was very friendly and professional. Calling an authorized Konica dealer was a good choice. Thank you Promac

Extremely cordial receptionist and the service team is knowledgable and knows what it's doing. If anyone needs a new office machine, definitely contact Promac because you get an awesome machine plus great service. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been doing business with Promac for more than 6 years. During this time Promac has always been on time when we are in need of technical support. Their average response times is less than 4 hours, unless of course they need to replace any component part. Their technical members are very knowledgeable and always very friendly. Normally I don’t have to escalate any issues to management, but when is necessary I reach out the them and they get into any issue immediately. I would definitely recommend Promac to any company that wants to do business with them.JM
