I love going to this particular Petco because the cashier Marsha makes my visit easier with her helpfulness, friendliness, patience, and overall bubbly people-person personality. I've seen her interactions with other customers and she's the same way. Great person and awesome customer service skills which is rare to come across these days. As long as she works there in the front, I will avoid other Petcos and stick to this one "Hollywood Petco" 5 stars thanks to Marsha.

This was our first time getting our little pup groomed. We were nervous at first, but was relieved with how helpful and meticulous Sara was. 10/10 plan on going again, we whole heartedly trust Sara with our little pup.

this Petco location is spacious with lots of supplies and food for any pet! their live animals are cool and seemingly kept healthy. Great location for all things relating to fish and fish care!

The cashier I got was very friendly and helpful. I came here to pick up flea treatment for my poodles and he explained to me how to use it and how it works. Convenient place for all your pet needs.

I had a horrible grooming experience with Ethan at Hollywood and western, He was aware of all my wishes and concerns, & instead of doing the things I wanted done, it’s almost like he purposely cut all the good hair off and left all the bad hair on. Ethan didn’t charge me, but I left extremely disappointed and regretful I even brought him there, his messy hair looked way better then this awful buzzcut he left on my maltipoo. I’m starting to think this was a personal attack, he clearly had my number to come get my dog early, but couldn’t call me before ruining my dogs coat. This is bullshit, maybe they’re Heterophobic!!

Was prompted to review, so here I am. This store is convenient for me because of location - but don’t expect to be greeted by anyone on the way in! Most of the time, I have to change my preferred brand of food due to lack of stock but still go home with food for my girls. When I had a chameleon, they literally always “ran out” of crickets and it was extremely frustrating. They do always have litter though! The cats for adoption up front are pretty sweet, so they account for ONE WHOLE STAR.
