So, sometimes you feel like you have to go to the big chains to find what you need. I generally like to support Mom and Pop shops as a rule. In this case, I needed some thing a bit more specific and more likely to be carried in store by a Pep Boys. so I called to check on the item. I was immediately put on hold and made to wait for 12 minutes. Finally, when the person got back to me, I think them and asked about the item that I needed. The woman simply said nope, and hung up on me. The customer service at the store is garbage. I can only imagine that it's a top down thing for Pep Boys. Either they are not compensating their employees enough or this is a behavior from the top that is accepted. Either way I will not be patronizing this Pep Boys store ever again. There is no need to be rude. I'm not your last customer or your boss. And if your job is that miserable, perhaps you should find another one. Thanks but no thanks I can go pay a premium anywhere. Especially with people who don't behave like 4$$holes.

The people who work there are so unpleasant, they ignore you, they don't see you again because they don't serve you, and when they serve you it seems like they want to hit you or bite you, they look at you with contempt, the women look so bored and tired at first glance you can see that They don't like the work, and I say this for an overweight, long-haired lady. Believe me, it's disgusting to go to this place. I was wrong to come. I don't recommend it in the least. ?

The worst experience ever!!! They try to over sale you for thousands of dollars. The mechanics are incompetent , Unexperienced I let them work on my vehicle took a home and the problem continued , I took it back they told me would get on it.. I pick it up later on today the problem continued , I ended up taking it to a real mechanic shop they fixed there problem and they didn't try to over sale me on parts. Horrible Horrible experience

They made recommendations for a thousand dollars in up-charges via text message and then weren't available on the phone to discuss them. We passed on the up charges so we could go get a second opinion. When we picked up our car, it had a terrible smell that hasn't gotten away three days later. Also, when we took the car in for a second opinion, we were told their up-charge recommendations were unnecessary.

I went in to get my tire pressure monitor sensor checked out but it turned out I had a nail in my right rear tire. I was a walk-in so the service took a long time but my tire got patched and I was able to make my lunch date.

UPDATE: Recently went back there to get my tire repaired again. First time was good as it was actually repaired. This time, they said they repaired the tire. However, the tire was leaking air out again and my car warned me that the tire need re-inflation on the next day. So, to avoid having this issue, I had the tire replaced so I don't have to get my tire repaired again and again. I may not come back to this place if they can't fix my tire in the first place.ORIGINAL: Very spacious. Waiting area is comfortable and socially distanced. Delivered tire repair within the time "they" specify.

I bought a set of tires and whatever they installed looked super dirty and used. They said that's how the manufacturer sold them and refuse to do anything about it.
