Pampered Tails always does a great job with my doodle puppy! I take her every 6 weeks. They are on time and send a text 15-20 minutes before she's for me to pick her up. My puppy is 7 months old and I've been taking her to Pampered Tails in Palms/West LA since her first haircut. Wish they gave a cute a little bow or bandana like other salons do, but their work is awesome and reasonably priced so no complaints! Update: Kat messaged me after seeing my review and put a note in to give Phoebe a bow at her next visit. Great customer service!

3.5 stars. Staff: Groomer was kind and professional no issue with staff at all, I have been a couple times now with my golden and staff is always good people. Price: I think it's a bit expensive, I did a bath and deshedding and it was $129+tip. The bath package comes with nail trim, teeth cleaning etc so fair to say it's not only a bath. Quality: I don't feel enough hair from undercoat was removed to consider deshed, it doesn't seem like much additional work outside of bath was performed but time will tell more if I have hair all over the house or less than normal. First visit vs second visit seemed to be different in that aspect, first visit I left more satisfied. The groomer mentioned that doing a haircut would remove more of the undercoat and I didn't pay additional for haircut. Bath seems good, pup smells and looks clean! Communication: good booking platform and text updates are really convinient, communication was solid. Lastly- I was slightly disappointed that the website advertises no cage but immediately upon arrival my pet was caged and on pick up was also caged. It's more of a holding pen than a cage but this really stresses my pup out so it was something I noted and was excited for when reviewing the website prior to arrival. My first visit I don't think she was caged from start to finish but I'm not sure about the time I wasn't there to see. My pet has some social anxiety so its not completely reflective of the service but she was quite shaky on arrival and pick up. I wish she wouldn't have been caged even momentarily. All in all, good experience. That being said I will likely keep looking for a groomer I can return too time after time but this place was at least managed by good people and did the job.

Pampered Tails does a wonderful job with my cat's grooming and they are very caring, patient and professional. I know it's not always easy working with cats, yet, Kat is exceptional! I have even brought my God kitty to them for grooming. I've always been very pleased with the results!

Cat is awesome. I have two sibling cats that couldn't be more different. The groomer, Cat, treats them great and my polydactyl gets the attention she needs and my long haired boy becomes even more handsome with her care. Brava!

Pampered Tails does a great job. We have been bringing our two dogs there for years now. The dogs are happy to go because they are well cared for when they are there. And they are just so fresh and clean when they come home. I highly recommend Pampered Tails.

Derek is amazing and highly recommended. His energy is great, super friendly and kind. His cuts are always perfect and he doesn't deviate from what's discussed. He goes above and beyond to make sure our doggie is well taken care of and coming out fresh! Hilo (our pup) wouldn't pick anyone else for a cut!
