Phone gets answered quick, phone receptionist was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. The manager was also very nice when I stopped by, he welcomed me into the store and helped me get what I needed. The store is also larger than the autozones near it so they have a bigger selection of items. I will definitely be back for any auto needs.

Thank you Alex for the five star service and getting my headlight bulb changed for free! He also gave me good advice of not touching the bulb because it will shorten its lifespan. I will definitely come back if I need to get a headlight bulb next time.

They put your bulb in headlight free if theres a blue moon rising at a certain place near the sun and a unicorn with wings flies by at that certain time.

This oriley always gives out wrong oil filters lol then they wanna act like they some high tech technicians happened twice to me already then they walk around like they own the place when they barely own their own knowledge and common sense smfh

The minute I walked in the store Christian who claimed he was the supervisor had a smart mouth with me. Was upset I was returning an item. The first thing he said was, “what’s the reason cause usually we don’t rerun those at all.”Off the bat was not wanting to help. I was so thrown off and confused by the statement he made because when I purchased It, the clerk made it clear I could return if it didn’t work out.I reiterate his question letting him know it didn’t work for my car and he gives me a stale look and tells me I’m getting an attitude. He continues to try to go back and forth with me about an imaginary attitude, wasting time so I immediately ask the employee next to me if he could help me because I was not expecting to walk into this store with that experience and was not about to engage. I was extremely confused at his approach. He then answers for the employee and says “well I’m the supervisor so you’re going to have to deal with me.”I tell him that’s totally and ask if he’s going to return it or not, what are we doing?He then asks me if they put a phone number on my account I tell him yes and that I have an account. He then rephrases THE SAME question to which I answer yes again and he says under his breathe “unbelievable”.At that moment I opened google to leave this unfortunate review. To antagonize the situation further he says, I’m trynna help you here. I’m literally standing there confused, it was like he was trying to argue with his wife.

I like the service usually have all the parts i need if not they get them with in a couple of hours. just hope they would get a couple more service guys to help out at the registers

Courteous and professional staff.I found they had more updated and sophisticated equipment than AutoZone which only carries many products under the AutoZone brand. O’Reilly had more independent (thus updated to 2023) products whereas some of AutoZone’s products simply didn’t fully work, for instance their power inverter.

I called him up on the phone looking for a part for my car and he starts asking me all kinds of questions I said I don't know and I was cussing cuz I was upset and he starts telling me to calm down and don't cuss and treat him better like he deserves it and I'm trying to get a price on a part to compare it to AutoZone and the mother hung up on me so I called him back and I cussed him out more and I went to AutoZone then I called him up and said they didn't ask me all these questions why did you have to and I have two in stock for 25 bucks I went to them for the business AutoZone
