The moment I entered the store, this nice woman helped me with everything. Her name was Olinda. She was very generous, and told me about every discount, and the sales that the Nike store had. I am very happy with my visit, and I definitely will go again.

Nice store, i feel like the shoe collection is limited. The staff was not attentive or helpful.

So quick kids tip! They let me know kids shoes and adult sizes aren't the same! My kid were a size 5 in kids but fit into a size 8 in women's! So check out the adult shoes for more options. ?

Terrible Nike store! After 3 bad visits in a row I'm writing this review so Nike actually do something about this store! I like that it's close to me so I want it to improve. Not fail. First of all...most of the people that work here are great! the store gets busy so they work hard but man PUT ON SOME MORE WEEKEND STAFF! You have one of the biggest brands in the world and EVERY time I come in here you seem to have half the number of staff needed to run your business! It's ridiculous! 2nd thing.. for such a huge store you don't actually have much and most of your mens clothes are so straight I would never wear it! Boring And underwhelming! Wheres the cool Nike gone? The only runners that had any style or color I asked to try them was on and the poor guy disappeared for 30 minutes because he couldn't find them? He was apparently out the back with a manager but why am I waiting 3O MIN??? Ask the lovely girl who was giving me updates on the "missing" shoes! I literally came to the grove to buy new shoes and had to leave because they couldn't find them! It's absolute amateur hour and has been that way for the last year! Nike! Give everyone more training, more staff and get new clothes! This place sucks!

The workers need to be retrained. Too much attitude & not enough kindness! I'm another words rude!

This shopping mall looks nice but my overall impression was that I wouldn't intentionally go here. The center is a money grab for people who think they are having a upscale shopping and dining experience.

Pricey store like most stand alone nike stores, but it is a beautiful store with nice workers! And a few things that I rarely see. 3 stories tall. Even has a small section for different countries.

Nike at The Grove brings athletic fashion right to the heart of LA's shopping scene. The store layout is spacious and the displays are thoughtfully curated, making shopping a breeze. Staff are friendly and well-versed in product details, ready to offer insights and suggestions. However, it can get particularly crowded during weekends, leading to longer wait times at checkout. Still, for the latest Nike releases and exclusive collections, this location is hard to beat. ???

I wanted to give a shout out to Ash who helped me exchange my defective Nikes for new ones. I told her that I needed to get new shoes and find the right size, because my current Nikes were completely worn down within 3 months. She told me that's not normal and informed me that I could do an exchange because of a defective product. I would not have known about that option if it wasn't for her. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much for creating a wonderful experience.

Ricky was amazing! When I went in the other day he truly took the time to answer any questions and ensure that we had the best experience possible.

The customer service is seriously lacking at this Nike location, and it often feels like I'm inconveniencing the employees simply by browsing and just being present in the store. Sometimes the selection is "mehh" and they'll have the same clothes and shoes on the floor displays for months. Other times, I'm pleasantly surprised by all the new styles and colorways. Regardless, the customer service is bordering on atrocious and it needs a major overhaul; if there was another Nike store that was just a bit further away from my house, I'd probably go to that location instead just to see if they have better service, coz the way some of these Nike associates at the Grove treat me and other customers, it makes me feel unwelcome almost to the point where I've considered no longer coming back or spending any money here.

Big store with three floors. They do not carry everything just the most popular items. We wanted a Nike shoe in a white color. They said we can order online.
