This business just made me waste my time and money getting an Uber to their business. Their business schedule shows they close at 7 pm on Sundays, yet I arrive there at 6:43 pm and they decline service. This incident occur today 2/26/2023 at 6:43 pm. I called corporate.

Great customer service here. Thank you Karla for being so helpful and patient. My grandpa wanted to upgrade his phone and Karla made the process easy. The store also has a lot of phone cases for different types of phones. Highly recommend to stop by here if you need a Metro location

I went in for a simple phone swap paid the $22 and my phone still didn’t have service when I told them they just said oh sorry it’s your phone even though I had metro on this phone a month ago. I asked them to switch my sim back to my old phone then and they said i would have to pay the $22 again even though I had just paid for their service and they didn’t do it right. They blamed the phone so I went home with neither of my phones with service and i had to borrow a phone to call customer service and they fixed it for me and told me they didn’t do the activation right which was obvious. Never again. If you can’t do a simple phone swap i don’t know what they’re doing there.

Came in today last second and Lexi / Mars came through ! All it took was 15 minutes and I was on my way with a brand new line and phone. Appreciate their patience and for answering all of my questions. Definitely went above and beyond with their time.

This branch wins it for customer service. They welcome everybody the same and treat people equally, which is in a warm and courteous yet efficient manner. There were several representatives in the store during my first visit on 4/9/22. I had just been devastated from my experience moments prior, at another downtown Metro PCS. Once I go back and confirm that address, I'll write a full review of my experience at the other store. It was awful. My day was instantly better the moment I stepped into the doorway at the Broadway and 6th store. Every person in that store acknowledged me in a warm and friendly manner. The nice lady helped me with what I needed, practically within seconds. It's clear when a business tolerates your walking in the door yet prefers you don't, compared to those that actually appreciate your business. This one, the 611 S. Broadway store downtown, is the best one to go to. They're knowledgeable about their services and products and all of them are super nice. It's not even the Metro store closest to me. However, it's the one I prefer to give my business to whenever I'm in LA.

I went into this Metro store yesterday and upgraded my phone. A representative named Magnolia helped me and she was very helpful, personable and courteous (she was singing and very upbeat) and seemed eager to share what knowledge she had about their phones. She transferred my Google accounts and explained that I could transfer other stuff when I got home to my wifi. That evening I made a few calls then proceeded to do the transfer but after several attempts I kept getting error messages. Today I went back into the store to ask about this and a couple other issues and there were 2 reps and just one other customer (who left shortly after I arrived). I began to share with one of the reps, Erica, the situation with my phone. She listened initially but her coworker began speaking to her from across the room complaining about a customer who had just left. Neither having any regard for the fact that it was not only inappropriate to have that discussion in front of me/another customer, but also that it caused Erica to disregard me standing there with my need for support. I let them have a few moments of exchange without interruption, but as soon as there was a brief pause I began to speak again. Erica didn't seem very interested in making an effort to help me in the situation and proceeded to lecture me in a condescending manner or what my responsibility is and what my expectations should be and how she handles issues with her iPhone. Hearing her say these things is not necessarily the main issue I have with this interaction though. It was that, although she was not necessarily directly rude, she was very condescending and dismissive. Good or bad customer service is not about what you say, but how you say it. She seemed more interested in getting rid of me and back to her discussion with her coworker. Honestly, if it were not for the Metro rep from yesterday who sold me the phone, I would not say that this review would warrant even the 2 stars. Erica and her coworker today really need to learn better customer service skills.

The girl here has the worst customer service. Today she had a line of customers and after 20 min of being in line she says we are not taking cash. She also can't multi task if anyone buys a phone she practically wants to close the store down. Like learn how to prioritize and multi task like other metro pcs locations. If someone is buying a new phone they quickly process walk in payments get rid of those customers then continue setting up the phone.

WORSE STORE EVER The two girl workers do not help if you need something fixed in your phone! They attempt to sell you phones or accessory and ignore you after they get their sale...I bought a phone a while back from here and told they can help me, but all im told is go to corporate store if you need help from some worker with short yellow hair which is rude as heck! I will not come back to this store it has the worst customer service I ever experienced

Came here to get some help with my phone. However, both girls told me they only did sales and no troubleshooting. I spoke with customer service and was told that all authorized retailers should be able to assist... getting ready to add my mom and upgrade amd will not be bringing my business here.
