I’m an active customer with multiple lines. A year ago I purchased a mobile hot spot device as well a plan to go with the device. I canceled it within a few month but kept the device. Tried going into this location to have the device reactivated and the plan renewed but was told I needed to purchase the same device all over again before they could renew everything. In addition to that I would’ve had to pay for a reactivation fee.The issue I’m having with this location is the lack of honesty. They blatantly lied to my face and almost had me waste my money.The next location I went to immediately helped me out. I had my device reactivated for $5 and my plan renewed.

[YAHUUEH SHALL JUDGE...2105 A.D.] I have had continuous service for 2yrs. + I have had several cell phones stolen in the past and 2 (a secondary phone) since December 2021. The most recent was March 19, 2022 (my primary device). I try and keep two lines open because of my DBA - "T-NEP MAN"; and I am not always able to afford both. I originally had insurance on both lines for 3-6 months before they were stolen; like agents suggest. So, to replace them I had to Upgrade or Pay Full Price out of Pocket. Value for both is $600 - $900 to replace. I paid over $400 to replace my main line out of the upgrade cycle in order to keep my number. A Moto G Stylus 5G, was advertised and sold to me by an in-store Representative. Out of all the concerns I shared with them about replacing the device, no one cared to inform me about the deviated Return Policy. The device maintained less than 1 hour of talk time used, was damaged/defective, and was brought back to the location it was purchased from with original receipt and packing on March 21, 2022. The phone I had just bought included the $6 premium device protection plan. Between the Store Agents, calling MyMetro, and calling Assurance to file a claim, I received no satisfactory assistance (zero help) from 2pm - 10pm PST. Everyone was relaying false/mis information or lying to me one call after another. Now I have been abused by the three of them so much in one day, I AM researching avenues to sue. Property theft valuing $400+ is a Felony Offense...and the service I have received over the issue is nothing less than Criminal. [YAHUUEH SHALL JUDGE...2105 A.D.]

Just got there again after 1 year, and the same professional assistance. Went to change screen cover, the lady took 5 minutes tops to do it and a perfect job. Since ever, the nicest MPCS store in L.A. above the so called Corporate Stores. The staff is cute (a plus 😉) and patient.

Out of all the stores I have been to this is one of the best and when I say best I mean BEST store ever. They take real good care of you and understand you and your concerns or whatever it is you need they listen and do their very best to help you.

From the manager to the employees they know their stuff when it comes to customer service to having problems with your phones to buying phones with accessories they know it all and if they don't they will try the darn best to figure out a solution hands down thebest Metro by T mobile store ever!!
